Things to do in Little Ding-Dong Science Park

We had a great experience staying at their hotel and we love the theme park. They offer activities great for kids. The staffs are kind and helpful. I wish I was able to spend more time in Little Ding Dong Science park.

This is a great place for relaxation and for athletes to quickly shed water weight. We went at 10 PM, and it was very quiet and the environment was comfortable. The staff was also excellent. Since it was late and the department store was already closed, they even walked us out when we were lost. They were very thoughtful and attentive.

The beef rolls in the park are delicious, and the staff are very kind and helpful, guiding us and explaining things. We also received free gifts when purchasing souvenirs, and the service attitude was excellent. There are also cute stamp collection spots and postcards available. The prices are affordable and reasonable, and the animals all look very well cared for. It felt like we were very close to them, which was wonderful. The commemorative coins and merchandise are also very cute and affordable, definitely worth buying. Online payment is also supported, which is very convenient.

My first Vietnamese hair wash experience was even more relaxing than I imagined. From the shampoo and scalp massage to the shoulder and neck relief, everything felt wonderful. The service was also very attentive. After the wash, I felt completely refreshed and would definitely want to come back again!

After making the bank transfer, I replied with the last five digits of my account as required, but still received a system message stating, "Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received." When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.

Online e-vouchers are very convenient. I had to cancel my original plan to go the day before due to an unexpected event, but I was able to immediately cancel and rebook without affecting my usage. It was super convenient! It was a lot of fun, and the kids had a great time. We arrived late on Saturday morning, not getting in until the afternoon. Surprisingly, the crowd was just right. After about two hours, it started to get crowded, but we were just leaving, which was perfect!
