We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. Traveling from Taipei to Kaohsiung was smooth, fast, and stress-free. We're truly thankful to the THSR team for their professionalism and commitment to passenger safety. Bought the EasyCard from Klook before arriving in Taiwan and it was super convenient. Picked it up easily at the airport and it worked straight away for MRT, buses, and even convenience stores. Very easy to use—just tap in and out, no need to worry about tickets. Also easy to top up whenever needed. Overall, really useful for getting around Taiwan and made transport much smoother. Would recommend getting it before your trip.

good decision to purchase. Not afraid to hop in and off the train for you have unlimited pass. Also, very easy to claim just look for the booth/counter after clearing the customs and immigration in Taoyuan Airport.

The instant purchase and use feature is great. You first exchange your voucher on the first floor of Taipei Bus Station, then head to the fourth floor for Kamalan Bus. You can buy your ticket in advance for a specific time, and then check upstairs if there are any standby seats available on an earlier bus, which is very flexible. It's a great choice for going to Yilan, and Luodong is excellent. It takes about 1.5 hours from Taipei Main Station to Luodong, which is the new station at a new location. Not having to drive yourself is very convenient.

Frank, our driver and semi–tour guide, made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. He speaks English well and shared interesting insights along the way, which added a nice personal touch to the journey. We were traveling as a family with three seniors, and this tour turned out to be an excellent choice for us. The stops were mostly flat and easy to navigate, making them very senior-friendly. Frank was also incredibly attentive—he helped us in and out of the car and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The vehicle itself was clean, air-conditioned, and stocked with complimentary water, which we really appreciated. The pacing of the tour was thoughtfully planned, with just the right distance between stops so our group could rest and recharge comfortably. Overall, the tour offered a wonderful mix of Taiwan’s coastal and mountain scenery, giving us a well-rounded experience. This tour was absolutely worth both the time and the money. This trip on the UBus to Taipei was comfortable and smooth overall, with plenty of legroom, allowing for good rest during the journey. Upon arriving at Taipei Main Station, it was very convenient to transfer directly to the MRT Blue Line to Nangang, as the route is clear and avoids traffic congestion. This is suitable for business trips, attending concerts, or planning a day trip, as the public transportation connections are excellent, making the entire journey much easier.
