The only downside is that Taiwanese citizens can only purchase Taiwan Railways tickets; everything else is 100% perfect. You can ride trains, buses, and MRTs unlimitedly, and the one-day tour packages are incredibly cost-effective. If you don't want to drive, search for parking, or worry about traffic jams, you can definitely plan a three-day trip to get out and explore.

Since it was a private charter, it wasn't a full-fledged guided tour, but he did a great job highlighting the must-see spots and recommending shops at each location. In the car, he also gave us a brief overview of the places we were heading to, which made the travel time more informative. This time, we departed from Taipei and visited Yehliu, the Jinguashi area, and Jiufen. We were originally scheduled to return to our hotel, but when I mentioned wanting to eat Braised Pork Rice for dinner, he recommended a great restaurant and kindly dropped us off nearby instead. This kind of flexible service, unique to a private charter, was incredibly helpful. I've been to the Jiufen area by bus before, but it was very crowded, and just getting around was quite a hassle. Since this was a family trip, being able to travel efficiently by car made a huge difference. I think this service is especially convenient for those who want to visit multiple tourist spots in one day or families looking to reduce the stress of travel. However, even with the 10-hour course, considering the traffic when leaving and returning to Taipei, the overall impression was that there wasn't as much free time as expected. This time, we mostly let him decide the itinerary, but precisely because it's a private charter, I think it would have been better to communicate our preferences beforehand if there were specific places we wanted to spend more time at or prioritize.

Our pickup was scheduled for 8 PM, but when we arrived 15 minutes early and called, they were already waiting for us. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. We received a 20% discount when purchasing tickets, which significantly reduced costs and enhanced the overall value. In addition to indoor exhibits, outdoor activities like cycling are available, allowing visitors to connect with nature. The only minor drawback was the number of insects in the outdoor areas, so it's advisable to bring insect repellent. Overall, this is a high-quality family attraction that is well worth visiting again.

Super convenient and highly recommended! Redeeming the Klook QR code at the Taoyuan Airport counter was fast and hassle-free. The bus is comfortable, has great AC, USB charging ports, and space for heavy luggage. The ride to the last station best part is that showing your ticket stub gets you a shuttle bus straight to Ximending! It saved us from dragging our bags through the MRT. Great value for money.

Deze 2-daagse transport fun pass is zeer de moeite waard. Het is voordeliger. Gemakkelijk op te halen, want je ziet de Klook-ruimte direct na de immigratie aan de linkerkant. We hebben het alleen gebruikt voor gebieden waar geen toegangsprijzen nodig waren, zoals Jiufen, Shifen, Tamsui, Ximending, Liberty Square, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Daan Park, Shilin Night Market, Wufenpu, Raohe Night Market, Beitou Hot Springs en nog veel meer. Plan gewoon de plaatsen waar geen toegangsprijs voor nodig is. En zorg ervoor dat de plaatsen dicht bij elkaar liggen, zodat je veel kunt zien. Begin met de verste plek en werk dan terug naar je eigen gebied. Google Maps is een grote hulp. Neem geen bussen met een 4-cijferig nummer. De MRT en waarschijnlijk 6 toeristenbussen zijn wel toegestaan. Er zit ook één rit met de lokale trein bij in Shifen... geniet ervan!
