It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. Bought the EasyCard from Klook before arriving in Taiwan and it was super convenient. Picked it up easily at the airport and it worked straight away for MRT, buses, and even convenience stores. Very easy to use—just tap in and out, no need to worry about tickets. Also easy to top up whenever needed. Overall, really useful for getting around Taiwan and made transport much smoother. Would recommend getting it before your trip.

I highly recommend the Taiwan Pass for tourists. I really enjoyed the package—it included a 3-day unlimited HSR pass plus 2-day bus and MRT passes (Unlimited) + Scenic Shuttle, which made traveling around Taiwan easy and hassle-free. I was very satisfied with my trip from Banqiao to Jiaoxi on the Kamalan Bus! The reservation process was simple and convenient, the seats were comfortable and spacious, and the driver drove smoothly and arrived on time. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was just right, making the entire journey very comfortable. The price was reasonable, making it easier and more environmentally friendly than driving myself. The customer service staff were friendly and patient in answering questions. Overall, it is a good choice for traveling between Taipei and Yilan. I will choose this service again for my next trip and recommend it to friends who need to travel between Taipei and Yilan!
