Booking Requirements
- The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
- Please fill in the parents’ agreement if you are 18 years old but under 20 years old which has valid driver's license, you have to present the parents’ agreement when you pick up the scooter

- For Taiwanese passenger: Please present your Taiwanese driver's license and identification card

the staff there was kind and he is fluent in english so its not hard to communicate with each other especially as a tourist from philippines. Eventough the motorcycle is not that new or brand new on its appearance there are some scratches but still it in good running condition.
The price is reasonable and the motorcycle can be used normally. Maybe the brake part is not so good. There is no big problem with the rest. I will consider renting a motorcycle next time I come to Taipei. The rental car comes with a helmet + helmet cover

The car is a bit old, and the service communication is good. The only thing that is not very thorough is that there is no phone holder installed on the car body, and there is no rental service. Since I am not Taiwanese, it is very inconvenient.
