Back and forth tickets will be provided at the counter so keep your return ticket with you price: very affordable transport included: good value for money. the driver at the airport even helped us put our luggage in the bus compartment. Although in the Taipei bus station, the driver did not helped us with our luggage at all lol

We arrived at the airport around 1 AM, and our options to get to Taipei City were by bus or taxi. We chose the bus because it only takes 45 minutes to an hour and is much cheaper. I booked a roundtrip ticket and it was easy to redeem. Just be careful when booking, as the ticket counter for physical tickets is only open until 2:30 AM. If you arrive at Terminal 1 after that time, your only option will be a taxi or Uber. The bus seats are spacious, and there are cable outlets to charge your phone and a luggage compartment for your suitcase.

This was the more than 5 times I used this service. My flight arrived at 2am in the morning but office still opened to change the tickets for you. The bus ran in time. The driver was nice and polite. I will use again next time.

Easy to redeem. Once you arrived at the airport Terminal 1 just proceed to B1 then just look for the counter of the bus the attendant will give you the actual tickets for inbound and outbound. then proceed to bay 5 to hop on the bus. its convenient

I used it for a round trip from Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1 to Taipei Station. When you exit the arrivals floor of Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1, you will first go underground. Then you will see the counter in the photo, so show the QR code to the staff there and they will issue you a round-trip ticket. The bus will depart from number 5, so please move there a little before the scheduled time. Give your ticket to the staff and board. My friend and I also used this ticket from Taoyuan Airport, and apparently there was staff there even at 2am. On the other hand, from Taipei Station, there is a fairly large terminal right next to Taipei Station, so depart from number 3. Note that you can ride the bus with an EASY CARD without purchasing a bus ticket, so if you only want to use it one way, you can use that, although it is a little more expensive. In that case, you will need to touch it twice, once when getting on and once when getting off.

The voucher is easy to redeem. The ride was also conveniet as we alighted in Taipei Main station. Our ride back to the airport was also smooth despite the very early morning trip. Good value for money.

such a breeze to get bus tickets. this is my 3rd time using the bus to taipei main station. for me better than the train s you can see the busy streets of Taipei. less traffic on the road so no hassle at all. you can add as a sight seeing if not too sleepy while on the road to the main station or your hotel.
