cosy hotel. nice rooms. clean and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. eveyone is always smiling.

good location, room is sufficient but unfortunately there's a lot of dust on the floor behind the room door which was not cleaned by housekeeping for many days or months.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub which we really liked. However, the room and bathroom were quite dusty, it felt like it hadn’t been used for a while. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve on cleanliness. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay, especially the receptionist who assisted us patiently. The hotel is currently under renovation, so some facilities are unavailable, the pool was closed, but they offered access to Hilton’s pool instead, which was a nice gesture. Most of the restaurants were also closed due to renovation, but breakfast was temporarily served at Level 22. There were plenty of choices and the food was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a decent stay with good service, but I hope the cleanliness and renovation issues will be improved soon. cleanliness: 3/5 hotel location: 5/5 breakfast: 4/5

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my family arrived at 3:20 PM. They informed us the room was not yet ready. Eventually, at 3:30 PM, they received a call and were able to get a room. In this aspect, they need to improve. It's understandable that it is a school holiday. However, check-out is already at 3:00 PM, which is quite late. Postponing this while check-out is at 12:00 noon is not ideal.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

so far quite spacious, air cond super cold, there is heater as well and amneties is provided. the problem is the lights inside the room, quite dim

very nice hotel, nearby there's mcd. room is spacious but one thing I don't like is that there's no carpet, it's tiles so maybe it's a little bit cold. breakfast wise is good, varieties of choices
