so far everything good, especially location is very convenient for us to go out bar for drinking and have morning also. There is a side walk along the river and we can have a fun with viewing Kuching famous view.

This is a gem if you want a value for money stay with no frills, no carpark and just minimal amenities. The location is legit a gem, even better than hilton and big brand hotels for half the price

Overall the stay was good. The location is great, the staff are lovely, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The bidet was not to our liking (sorry). The internet to view the tv channels was very bad that it failed to connect to the server every time, thus we were not able to watch/use the tv. Likely the internet for general use was working well. Hopefully they can resolve the minor matters, we wouldn't mind coming back again in the near future. Thank you to the hotel staff for the hospitality and prompt service 👍

The hotel room and bed are huge and comfortable. I booked another hotel stated the same size but end up way much smaller. Location is good in the town, near to Waterfront and cat statue. The only downside is no parking provided by the hotel. Another thing is my bathroom light was blinking and I request to fix. I thought just change a light bulb but eventually the technician takes so long to fix, in and out many times, as not light bulb problem, but he never mentioned. Untill the 2nd time he said will go get something and come back in a short while, I said if takes so long to fix, please fix it after I checkout. I was so tired after long travelling journey and yet to bath. The hotel should just change a room for me. Even if they don't, at least just remove the bulb (so that it no longer blinking). Other than that, everything is nice. Loves the room size and the bed very much. TV also has a lot channel.
