This is my fifth or sixth stay at this hotel. Although it is not a new property, the hospitality is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasant stay.

easy book, the breakfast is so well prepared and got many choices, aircon is cold, all are prepared inside. both city view and river view are nice.

Shower hose leaking, but maintennce came and fixed it.
Phone not working, maintenance came and said cant be fixed.

Super fast check in,staff was polite, reached the room, very big and spacious but the restroom doesn’t go well for me, the water pressure is small, shower head is dirty, no toothbrush kit, no shaver kit. Went to reception and request for an USB adapter and the lady give me a spoiled device, i went down to change and she said that is the only one they have….after i told her the adapter is spoilt, she put back into the drawer….i thought at least the staff will check and throw away but no, pity the next guest that wanted the same thing.
Overall clean room, good polite staffs. But doubt i will book them again.
