We had a pleasant stay at Especen Hotel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter and just a short walk from St. Joseph’s Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little older, but considering the affordable price and fantastic location, it offers good value for money. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, so be prepared to use the stairs if your room is on a higher floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Especen Hotel, especially for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter without spending too much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Hanoi We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Le Chateau Hotel & Spa. What stood out most was the kindness and genuine hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful and accommodating, especially with my dad, who uses a wheelchair. They paid special attention to his needs and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel is also in a great, convenient location, making it easy to experience the charm of Hanoi and explore the surrounding area. The service felt warm and personal, and we truly felt well taken care of. Excellent location, wonderful staff, and exceptional service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it, especially to families traveling with seniors.

hotel was nice and clean. staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests.

PLACE: Near Old St., close to everything like cafes, restaurants, 7/11, and the lake. The room was bigger than expected for us; there were three of us, but we were given a family room. FOOD: We had free breakfast, but it wasn't a buffet. You ordered your meal, and it was delicious.

The hotel is within old quarter near or walking distance to some spots and recommended restos. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offer transfers going to airport. The room is clean, functioning AC, they clean the room everyday, provided new towel and toiletries everyday. Breakfast is also included. wifi sometimes got slow but its ok. Overall it is highly recommended, and definitely will book here again soon.

comfortable beds and quite surroundings. they clean the rooms everyday. friendly staff and good bfast. however, grab cars and buses do not drop you off in front of the hotel due to way restriction so you may consider if you have many luggages. but overall i got the hotel for a cheap price but the services are all good!
