I would have rated this fine hotel exceptional on all counts except that it let my simple expectation down on its basic Hygiene aspects. Location is great - just a short walk from the Halong Bay tours pick-up point in the Old Quarters; Staff are friendly and very helpful to resolve issues: for example, within the first hour of our arival, we noticed a domestic lizard on the wall. The staff were quick to bring in a repellant spray, after which we didn't see the reptile ever. (But I wonder if the place needed effective pest control). The Breakfast was sumptuous, plentiful, delicious and multi-cuisine. But to our horror, when we dug into the tissue holder to pull a tissue at the breakfast table, two cockroaches made their way out of the holder. Luckily, we were checking out the same morning, or else the thought would have further spoilt our otherwise peaceful stay.

We booked a deluxe room, space were lil bit tight for two people but overall we had a great experience staying in Hanoi delica hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and approachable. The breakfast buffet were really tasty and really good. Location is located in old quarter. There are food stalls, laundry service and souvenirs nearby if you want to walk around. cleanliness: 10/10 hotel location: 8/10 service: 10/10 breakfast: 10/10

The hotel was easily accessible and has a good location. I would like to commend the staff especially David and their other receptionist who helped us check in early to let us rest after our sleeper bus transfer and also helped us transfer to their sister hotel so we will have somewhere to stay in before our evening flight on the same day as our check out from Delica. The room is cleaned regularly and the facilities are quite new. For our room, the space is quite small and the aircon takes some time to cool the room. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection and was filling. It is really a great stay in Hanoi!

The location is good because it is near restaurants and other tourist attractions. Breakfast should be served earlier though. 6am instead of 7am because the pick-up time of Halong Bay tours and Ninh binh tours usually starts at 7am.

service: excellent service. Staff are very kind, and approachable breakfast: limited options but still good cleanliness: they clean everyday which is nice hotel location: near old quarter. Everything is walkable transport access: they will assust you in booking of transport to airport worth 250k vnd. But they will let you check first the price in grab from hotel to airport and will let you choose whichever you prefer
