Also great communication and easy to get hold of Hadea and to understand her too. haw a calm and kind demeanour and very understanding. I was running late due to early morning traffic and she was very understanding too. Also got to go see a famer and his farm and meet the animals and see how they live. Thank you so much Hadea! you are awesome!!!

Tour guide Minh is very kind. We took the bus from the Opera House. He called via WhatsApp before arriving and also contacted us the day before. After a 40-minute bus ride, we stopped at a souvenir shop where all the tour vehicles gather for a 30-minute break—be sure to use the restroom here. Upon arrival, we boarded a boat for lunch. All drinks are extra and must be paid for later. When you reach the island, you take an electric cart to the cave and then go somewhere in nature; it gets hot, so bring a portable fan. Afterward, you go kayaking and swimming, then head to the third deck to enjoy watermelon juice and music before returning. It's a great way to spend a day. Also, after visiting the island, there's a buy-two-get-one-free cocktail deal, which is a great time to have a drink. Oh, and watch out for jellyfish while swimming—be careful!

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (6/5 Stars!)** We had an absolutely fantastic tour and would highly recommend it. Our guide, **Pietro**, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate throughout the entire day. At every stop, he shared interesting stories and detailed explanations that made the experience much more meaningful. He also took plenty of time for personal conversations and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The tour was perfectly organized, with just the right amount of time at each location. The bus was comfortable, and the driver drove safely and professionally throughout the journey. A special thanks also to **Crossing Vietnam Tour**, who responded quickly to all of my questions before the tour and provided excellent customer service. From start to finish, everything was well planned and enjoyable. If I could give this tour **6 stars instead of 5, I definitely would!** Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since my hotel didn't offer pickup, I decided to go to the Hanoi Opera House. It wasn't far from the hotel, so that was fine. The pickup vehicle arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. The bus wasn't a luxury one, but it was acceptable. Before reaching Ha Long Bay, we first stopped at a shop selling goods. There was no pressure to buy anything. I just bought a drink. The boat we boarded wasn't large, but it was quite impressive. The boat departed around 10:30 AM. A buffet lunch was served on board starting at 11:00 AM. The meal wasn't bad. Ha Long Bay is a beautiful marine park, and you can enjoy the stunning scenery from the boat. Many tour boats dotted the sea, which was also a spectacular sight. There's a basic option to visit a short sea cave by rowing boat, and also time to enjoy kayaking. Taking a speedboat is an optional extra for an additional fee. On the way back, there was a cooking class on board, but only locals participated. Overall, if you're not focused on enjoying the scenery, it could be a bit boring. However, it was a wonderful opportunity to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The sea was calm, so there was no seasickness. On the bus ride back to Hanoi, we stopped at another shop selling goods. Again, there was no pressure to buy. The shops were selling items that could also be bought in Hanoi, but at higher prices. These shops need to change. They should offer products that can entice tourists to open their wallets, at prices that are appropriate. That way, sales would likely increase. I bought another drink this time too. Our guide never pressured us. The guide was friendly and dedicated to their job. The price of a Ha Long Bay tour seems to vary depending on the luxury level of the transportation and the boat. The tour I experienced today felt like a mid-range option. However, I was satisfied with the tour because of the guide's kindness. I'd like to thank Allen, our guide, who was with us all day!^^

This motorbike tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Suki, was cheerful and shared so much information with us. I highly recommend joining this tour if you come to Hanoi.

I did a lot of research and chose Octopus, and I'm very satisfied. Thanks to Emily, who guided our family, we had a safe and enjoyable time. The lunch at Octopus Cruise is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. Take a commemorative photo at Songsot Cave and have one made into a keyring. It's free, so just film it. Purchasing the photo is optional. I’d recommend Octopus to friends who want to go cruising.😊

Fantastic tour with our amazing guide, Lily. We had a wonderful time on our Ha Long Bay tour with Cozy Vietnam Travel! The itinerary was well-paced. A massive shoutout to our tour guide, Lily—she was incredibly friendly, wonderfully quirky, and so funny. She brought lovely energy and made the entire trip more enjoyable! Lunch was delicious, offering a good number of choices and more than enough to keep everyone full. The only slight downside was that Titop Island was incredibly crowded with too many people, which took away a bit of the magic. However, the rest of the tour was absolutely great. Highly recommend booking this, especially if you get Lily as your guide!

This tour was so fantastic. I was introduced to local eateries and food specialities. my tour guide Jinny was the sweetest most attentive guide. She explained all the food that we were eating, how to eat it, when it is eaten, and many of the customs involved. this is my first time in Vietnam and this exposure to the local food has made me much more confident in what to eat. I have also never been on the back of a scootter and this was singularly one of the coolest ways to see the city. Jinny was such a wealth of local knowledge and I learned so much from our chatting about the local area. Thank you Jinny for a fabulous evening of food, company and excitement.
