this was a fun and useful class. firstly, it was great that 1 person can enroll (most require min. 2 people). the class started off going to the nearby wet market to pick up some ingredients for our dishes. back at the house, Ngan (our instructor) explained what dishes we would be making and what ingredients were used. by the end of the class, we made salted vietnamese coffee, beef pho, bun cha, mango salad and deep fried vietnamese spring rolls. all turned out authentic tasting and delicious. i love this experience and I’ve already made the spring rolls since returning home and it turned out really good😅 Ngan is a great instructor, very patient in teaching us how to prepare and cook the food. I highly recommend this class. oh…there’s the sweetest resident kitty there😊

We had such a wonderful experience with Evelyn! She made the class very friendly, engaging, and easy to follow. We loved going to the local market to pick fresh ingredients, it made the experience feel authentic. Cooking dishes like beef noodle soup originated from Central Vietnam(different from Pho), crispy pancake, beef fresh spring rolls, and fresh mango salad was so fun, and the bonus avocado ice cream (since it’s avocado season!) was a unique treat. Overall, it was a fun and memorable way to learn Vietnamese cooking like a local. Highly recommended!

Lana was such an amazing teacher and we thank her for sharing with us her wisdom on how to properly make Vietnamese coffee!! It will be very useful for when we recreate them back home (considering that I love Vietnamese coconut coffee so much! 🤩)
We also had the privilege to learn about Vietnamese culture and a touch of history through coffee which made this entire experience a must (to do) when you’re in Da Nang!

We booked this beach photoshoot as a couple and had such an amazing experience!
Even though we had no idea how to pose, it wasn't a problem at all. Our photographer, Tinh, was incredibly friendly, patient, and guided us through every pose, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session.
At the end of the day, we received hundreds of beautiful photos.
