We had a wonderful stay overall. Our room had a beautiful sea view. The hotel was surrounded by restau, spas, and convenience stores, with the beach just a short walk away.
The housekeeping were excellent replenishing toiletries and towels. While we saw a few old stains on some of the linens that could be replaced, the cleanliness and room service were still very good.
Although the air conditioning in our original room wasn't working, they apologized and arranged for us to move to another room. They even moved all of our belongings while we were out enjoying our day tour, which we greatly appreciated.
The staff were thoughtful, accommodating, and quick to respond to any requests or concerns. We were especially touched by the surprise birthday cake they prepared for my mother. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. Their genuine hospitality and outstanding customer service made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
