as a non-coffee lover, i booked this class because i want to learn different kinds of Vietnam coffees, and my favorite is salted ice coffee. Ms. La our instructor for this workshop is very kind, entertaining, and accommodating plus she is pretty! 😍 we enjoyed our coffee class and we get to met new people and met some fellow filipinas too! this coffee workshop experience is worth to try—I’ll rate this as 10000/10, for some non-coffee lover like me, don’t miss this workshop. it was really fun. Special thanks to Ms. La! hopefully we’ll comeback for your cooking class ✨🫶🏻🇻🇳🧿

Lovely day! Thank you to Spencer for being such an awesome guide. I had a really good time at the market and in the cooking class. Every dish was sooo delicious, and the host prepared everything for us, including cleaning up and preparing the ingredients. Overall, I had a great time and will come back soon haha.

Absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide and photographer, Hannah, is a young and enthusiastic woman. Her English is excellent, and she's very professional (both in photography and general knowledge). The makeup artist responsible for the Ao Dai was also very patient and professional, helping us choose the perfect Ao Dai. The entire experience was very fun and informative. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic 5.0
We had a fantastic morning at Saigon Cooking School and thoroughly enjoyed the Saturday cooking class. We learned how to make fresh spring rolls, chicken and green mango salad, and traditional Vietnamese pancakes, with plenty of hands-on experience throughout. Chef Oanh and her assistant, Hồng, were knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, sharing helpful cooking tips and insights into Vietnamese cuisine. The kitchen was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, creating a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment. Best of all, we got to enjoy the delicious dishes we had prepared ourselves, followed by a bonus serving of homemade banana ice cream, which was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Oanh and Hồng, for a wonderful experience, a fun morning, and some truly memorable food. We highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

What to know before visiting Ho Chi Minh

Discover Ho Chi Minh City’s lively experiences

Ho Chi Minh City is a bustling urban hub where tours, massages and theme-park style attractions lead bookings. Demand on Klook swings through the year, with strong peaks in January and April and much lower activity in late winter/early spring months.

When to visit and what to expect on price and crowding

Klook booking data show the busiest months are January and April, while demand falls away into August and September. Prices, however, peak around August and stay higher through September and October, then drop to their lowest in November. If you want smaller crowds and lower prices, aim for November or the quieter autumn months; for peak-season atmosphere and the busiest schedule of attractions, travel in January or April. Note that price and demand diverge: the busiest months are not the most expensive on average.

Tips for travellers from Australia

Most travellers from Australia book experiences a few days ahead — typical lead time is about 3 days, though last-minute bookings can work with a day’s notice. If you plan to visit during the peak months named above, allow more time to lock in popular tours and activities; for short, flexible trips the quieter months suit spontaneous booking. Use Klook to compare options and secure the tickets or massages you want before you go.
