The staff were very attentive, helping with luggage loading and unloading, and even preparing bags for shoes. The bus itself was a sleeping bus with curtains for privacy and enough space to stretch out, making it feel like a fun secret hideout. It was fully equipped with USB charging and Wi-Fi, so there was nothing more we could ask for. The rest stops along the way also had plenty of souvenirs, hot steamed buns, corn, and drinks, and best of all, the restrooms were clean. I highly recommend this bus.

Smooth and punctual airport drop-off service. My flight was unexpectedly rescheduled to a much earlier time and they have been more than accommodating to pick me up earlier than previously scheduled! Highly recommended!

The transfer service from HCMC to Vung Tau was very convenient. After arriving at the airport, we took a Grab to their office (the pickup point). It wasn’t far from the airport, only about a 10-minute drive. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. Since we arrived earlier than expected, she helped arrange for us to take an earlier departure, which we really appreciated. During the journey, the driver made a stop for about 15 minutes so passengers could use the restroom or buy some snacks. Since it was a shared ride, the driver dropped off other passengers at their respective destinations along the way. He also dropped us off directly at our hotel, which was very convenient. The journey from HCMC to Vung Tau took around 2.5 hours. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience, and I would recommend this service for travelling from HCMC to Vung Tau.

great service and staff very smooth however you must also double check your luggages because mine was put in the other compartment so luckily we had to open all in order to check where is my missing luggage

I recently experienced an overnight sleeper bus, and the overall impression exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the cabin was surprisingly good; the bedding had no strange odors, and the floor and restroom were kept quite clean, which is rare for a bus. The personal space was cleverly designed. Individuals up to 170 cm (about 5'7") can lie down completely flat, and once the curtain is drawn, it becomes a private little sanctuary. Charging outlets and reading lights are all available, offering both privacy and convenience. The air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature, neither too cold nor stuffy, so I slept very well throughout the night. This experience might not be suitable for older individuals. The steps are quite narrow, and the bed is close to the ceiling, so you need to be careful when turning over. The restroom space is cramped, and light sleepers might be disturbed by stops or engine noise. If you're a solo backpacker or a young traveler on a budget looking to save on a night's accommodation, a sleeper bus is an excellent choice: clean, comfortable, and efficient.

arrive at the bus station place not too early not too late as the waiting area is very crowded. after booking on app you have to go to the counter to print the paper ticket, keep it with you always. the ride was smooth not bumpy and I had a good sleep. single cabin. spacious. will definitely choose this service again.

this was a really great service. we did a 3 day Dalat trip and the driver Kiem was very attentive to our needs. there was always water in the car, various chargers, and he was even ready with a powerbank. he kept the car clean each day. the rides were always smooth and we even got to sleep through it. he was quiet and always ready to help. really quick at responding and always on time. even ahead of time. we had control over all our stops and Kiem didn’t take us to any tourist traps. we appreciated how he helped carry bags, translate our needs, and even organised a hotel booking. would definitely be booking with them again.

Smooth HCMC to Phnom Penh Journey 🚌🇻🇳🇰🇭 Overall, we had a good experience with this bus service. The bus left on time even though the seats were not fully occupied—we were only around 10 passengers or less! They still proceeded with the trip, which was great. Water and bread were also provided, and the border crossing into Cambodia was a smooth and well-organized process. Just brace yourselves for a long journey—it took us almost 9 hours. (1 border crossing and 3 stops along the way, so the travel time can definitely be quite long. Despite the long ride, everything went smoothly and we arrived safely in Phnom Penh. 👍
