Rating based on the quality considering the price. best things about this hotel are: 1) Convenience of it, it’s located in district 1 (cheese coffee just round the corner, and I rly loved the nail salon just 2 stalls away, ben thanh market & many other good food & clothes shop within 10-20mins walk). 2) Cozy, comfortable room & ventilation, we had one of the best sleep ever here! our room was downgraded due to technical issues but they reimbursed us and the add-on bed was soft too. 3) clean towels /mattress sheets. 4) Breakfast was not extraordinary but pretty decent! enjoyed the omelette, banh mi, lime drink. 5) service was pretty good! impressed by the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we had to leave v early for our activity. To improve: 1) more floor mats because the shower is right beside the toilet bowl with no segregation, gets wet after bath. 2) someone to help with luggage for flight of narrow stairs up to conceige. 3) small bottles of mineral water not really enough

It’s cheap and at the same time it’s worth the money you paid with. They accomodate customers on time especially when we need something they act on it right away for example when we request another bath towel, they deliver it asap to our room. But one thing i don’t like is that there’s a time that the water’s running slow and it took like 30mins for you to wait and they have no hot water. All in all, still worth the money.

Had a wonderful time here - zero complaints at all! The staff were the nicest and so accommodating. The area is peaceful and has a lot of coffee shops and food places that are at a walkable distance. The Sir who assists and welcomes guests at the entrance was the best. Our room was clean, aesthetic and comfortable.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The hotel was located near to any tourist attractions around HCM which can saved you lot of money if you want to use Grab or local hailing apps or you can walk if you want. There are mini marts near the hotel. The staffs are also friendly.

-If you are looking for the absolute perfect balance of an unbeatable location, and incredible value in Ho Chi Minh City, look no further than Dinh Phat Hotel!
-The Location (10/10): Tucked right in the heart of the action on Calmette Street, it feels like a peaceful haven, easy walk away from iconic landmarks like Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Central. Everything you want to see, eat, and experience in District 1 is right at your doorstep, with convenience stores and local spas just seconds away.
The Service (10/10): They are incredibly welcoming, efficient, and genuinely care about your safety and comfort.
The Amenities & Vibe (10/10): For a casual hotel, the value you get is insane. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The rooms are clean, comfortable.
I cannot recommend Dinh Phat Hotel enough. It is an absolute treasure in Saigon, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Conveniently located at the heart of District 1, close to all major attractions and spots. I love their service so much, they even booked us a ride back to the airport. Their rooms are big and spacious, making our 6-night stay very comfortable! There's also a convenience store beside it and you can find several food spots around. You can also request housekeeping everyday so they can tidy up your room everytime you come home from roaming around! Would definitely book here again the next time I visit!
