We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with our requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall facilities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt that the hotel provided great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the area.

Rating based on the quality considering the price. best things about this hotel are: 1) Convenience of it, it’s located in district 1 (cheese coffee just round the corner, and I rly loved the nail salon just 2 stalls away, ben thanh market & many other good food & clothes shop within 10-20mins walk). 2) Cozy, comfortable room & ventilation, we had one of the best sleep ever here! our room was downgraded due to technical issues but they reimbursed us and the add-on bed was soft too. 3) clean towels /mattress sheets. 4) Breakfast was not extraordinary but pretty decent! enjoyed the omelette, banh mi, lime drink. 5) service was pretty good! impressed by the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we had to leave v early for our activity. To improve: 1) more floor mats because the shower is right beside the toilet bowl with no segregation, gets wet after bath. 2) someone to help with luggage for flight of narrow stairs up to conceige. 3) small bottles of mineral water not really enough

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made getting around easy. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a cozy bed and useful amenities. Housekeeping was efficient and consistent. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and satisfying. For a short stay, this hotel offered great value for money and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

L'endroit est chaleureux et accueillant. Nous avons bien dormi et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité tout au long de notre séjour. La réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée était très sympathique et a accepté notre demande de rester dans une seule chambre malgré la réservation d'une chambre supplémentaire pour une personne. Nous avons donc tous les quatre séjourné dans la chambre la plus grande. 🥰 Service : Excellent ! 💕 Transports : Il était facile de réserver un Grab depuis et vers l'hôtel. Situation de l'hôtel : À distance de marche des cafés, restaurants et distributeurs automatiques de billets.

Emplacement dans un quartier piétonnier d'Hô Chi Minh-Ville avec de superbes boutiques. La rue piétonne Nguyen Hue, le Palais de l'Indépendance, la Poste centrale de Saïgon et l'Opéra d'Hô Chi Minh-Ville sont des lieux à visiter, et vous pouvez faire du shopping à Saigon Square et au marché Ben Thanh. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose un large éventail de plats.

The hotel is so clean, they provided the best customer assistance all throughout my stay. Highly recommended for tourist.

Aizen stay is really a great place to stay if you were to come visit Ho chi Minh Vietnam! Great location and it's convenient and near enough to commute to everywhere via grab. Their room is spacious and I love how cozy it felt and bonus was the bathtub in their toilets! My baby nephew totally loves the space and thrilled for the bathtub 😆 I'm totally coming back here the next time!

The staff are very nice and the room is clean. They always tidy our room whenever we go out for a tour, and after a long day, we come back to a spotless room. They also replace towels, toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps daily. The only issue we encountered was during check-out. We almost missed our flight because we were charged for the soft drinks and water we consumed, which we didn’t realize were not complimentary. Unfortunately, they could not accept card payment at the time since only the guard was on duty and he was unfamiliar with the card terminal. We had to pay in cash, but we had already run out of cash the night before. It was very inconvenient and stressful as we were also rushing to the airport.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement. During our stay, the menu only rotated between two choices, so we ended up going out for breakfast to enjoy more variety. Nonetheless, The camote fries was soo good!
