Beoordeling gebaseerd op de kwaliteit in verhouding tot de prijs. De beste dingen aan dit hotel zijn: 1) Het gemak, het is gelegen in district 1 (Cheese Coffee net om de hoek, en ik was echt dol op de nagelsalon twee kraampjes verderop, Ben Thanh markt & vele andere goede eet- en kledingwinkels binnen 10-20 minuten lopen). 2) Gezellige, comfortabele kamer & ventilatie, we hebben hier een van de beste nachten ooit geslapen! Onze kamer werd gedowngraded vanwege technische problemen, maar ze hebben ons gecompenseerd en het extra bed was ook zacht. 3) Schone handdoeken/matraslakens. 4) Het ontbijt was niet buitengewoon, maar behoorlijk goed! Genoten van de omelet, banh mi, limoendrank. 5) De service was behoorlijk goed! Onder de indruk van de extra moeite die ze deden om ontbijt voor ons in te pakken toen we heel vroeg moesten vertrekken voor onze activiteit. Ter verbetering: 1) Meer vloermatten, want de douche is direct naast het toilet zonder afscheiding, wordt nat na het douchen. 2) Iemand om te helpen met bagage voor de smalle trap naar de conciërge. 3) Kleine flesjes mineraalwater zijn niet echt genoeg.

great location and affordable stay although some areas were dusty. also water pressure for shower was really weak. nice sunset view from my room but light also came in during the day which made it difficult to sleep

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with our requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall facilities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt that the hotel provided great value for money. Highly recommended for travelers visiting the area.

The staff are very nice and the room is clean. They always tidy our room whenever we go out for a tour, and after a long day, we come back to a spotless room. They also replace towels, toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps daily. The only issue we encountered was during check-out. We almost missed our flight because we were charged for the soft drinks and water we consumed, which we didn’t realize were not complimentary. Unfortunately, they could not accept card payment at the time since only the guard was on duty and he was unfamiliar with the card terminal. We had to pay in cash, but we had already run out of cash the night before. It was very inconvenient and stressful as we were also rushing to the airport.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement. During our stay, the menu only rotated between two choices, so we ended up going out for breakfast to enjoy more variety. Nonetheless, The camote fries was soo good!

The place is homey. We had a good sleep and felt safe on the entire stay. The receptionist who assist us when we get to the hotel was very friendly. And accommodate our request to stay on one room despite booking an extra one person room. All four of us stayed in the bigger room. 🥰 service: It was superb! 💕 transport access: It was easy to book a grab rode from and to the hotel. hotel location: walking distance to near coffee shops, restaurants and atm machines.

They had good facilities, including advanced toilet bowls, and they provided good service with proficient English speakers.
