Rating based on the quality considering the price. best things about this hotel are: 1) Convenience of it, it’s located in district 1 (cheese coffee just round the corner, and I rly loved the nail salon just 2 stalls away, ben thanh market & many other good food & clothes shop within 10-20mins walk). 2) Cozy, comfortable room & ventilation, we had one of the best sleep ever here! our room was downgraded due to technical issues but they reimbursed us and the add-on bed was soft too. 3) clean towels /mattress sheets. 4) Breakfast was not extraordinary but pretty decent! enjoyed the omelette, banh mi, lime drink. 5) service was pretty good! impressed by the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we had to leave v early for our activity. To improve: 1) more floor mats because the shower is right beside the toilet bowl with no segregation, gets wet after bath. 2) someone to help with luggage for flight of narrow stairs up to conceige. 3) small bottles of mineral water not really enough

great location and affordable stay although some areas were dusty. also water pressure for shower was really weak. nice sunset view from my room but light also came in during the day which made it difficult to sleep

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with our requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Ang mga staff ay napakababait at malinis ang kuwarto. Palagi nilang nililinis ang aming kuwarto tuwing lumalabas kami para mag-tour, at pagkatapos ng mahabang araw, bumabalik kami sa isang napakalinis na kuwarto. Pinapalitan din nila araw-araw ang mga tuwalya, sipilyo, labaha, at shower cap. Ang tanging problema na naranasan namin ay noong magche-check-out na kami. Muntik na kaming maiwan ng flight dahil sinisingil kami para sa mga soft drinks at tubig na aming nakonsumo, na hindi namin alam na hindi pala libre. Sa kasamaang palad, hindi sila makatanggap ng bayad sa card noong panahong iyon dahil ang guwardiya lamang ang naka-duty at hindi siya pamilyar sa card terminal. Kinailangan naming magbayad ng cash, ngunit naubusan na kami ng cash noong nakaraang gabi. Napakainconvenient at nakaka-stress dahil nagmamadali rin kami papunta sa airport.

The place is homey. We had a good sleep and felt safe on the entire stay. The receptionist who assist us when we get to the hotel was very friendly. And accommodate our request to stay on one room despite booking an extra one person room. All four of us stayed in the bigger room. 🥰 service: It was superb! 💕 transport access: It was easy to book a grab rode from and to the hotel. hotel location: walking distance to near coffee shops, restaurants and atm machines.

They had good facilities, including advanced toilet bowls, and they provided good service with proficient English speakers.
