Dit was echt een geweldige service. We hebben een driedaagse Dalat-trip gedaan en de chauffeur Kiem was zeer attent op onze behoeften. Er was altijd water in de auto, diverse opladers, en hij had zelfs een powerbank bij de hand. Hij hield de auto elke dag schoon. De ritten waren altijd soepel en we konden er zelfs doorheen slapen. Hij was rustig en altijd bereid om te helpen. Reageerde heel snel en was altijd op tijd. Zelfs eerder dan gepland. We hadden controle over al onze stops en Kiem bracht ons niet naar toeristenvallen. We waardeerden het hoe hij hielp met het dragen van tassen, onze behoeften vertaalde en zelfs een hotelboeking regelde. Zou zeker weer bij hen boeken.

Comfortable and convenient shared bus to Ba Den Mountain. The pickup was smooth and the journey was well organized. A great and affordable way to travel from Ho Chi Minh City to the mountain. Booking through Klook was simple and hassle-free.

I booked an airport pickup for 3:30 PM. At 3:15 PM, I received a call, and they came to look for me. It was good that they found me after I sent a selfie, but I think it would be easier if there was a way to input arrival flight details and terminal information. It was fortunate that I had a local SIM card connected. It took about 4 hours to get to Vung Tau because of heavy traffic. During a rest stop, they collected payment, but they didn't check the voucher and only confirmed after I told them I had already paid. I'd like to see this improved. Otherwise, the air conditioning worked well, and the seats were comfortable, so I was satisfied. A fellow passenger on the bus was listening to social media loudly, which was incredibly noisy; I wonder if that's part of Vietnamese culture.

Smooth HCMC to Phnom Penh Journey 🚌🇻🇳🇰🇭 Overall, we had a good experience with this bus service. The bus left on time even though the seats were not fully occupied—we were only around 10 passengers or less! They still proceeded with the trip, which was great. Water and bread were also provided, and the border crossing into Cambodia was a smooth and well-organized process. Just brace yourselves for a long journey—it took us almost 9 hours. (1 border crossing and 3 stops along the way, so the travel time can definitely be quite long. Despite the long ride, everything went smoothly and we arrived safely in Phnom Penh. 👍

De bus vertrok op tijd en de dubbele cabine biedt plaats aan twee passagiers. Het was behoorlijk comfortabel en ze boden passagiers ook gratis snacks en water aan. De chauffeur reed zeer veilig en soepel, en we arriveerden eerder dan verwacht in Ho Chi Minh. Ik zou aanraden om een enkele cabine te boeken voor meer comfort, en ik zou deze bus aanbevelen om mee te reizen. 😎👍

Dit was een geweldige service. We kregen een upgrade naar een limousine die ruim en schoon was. Er was gratis wifi en we kwamen op tijd aan op onze bestemming. Onze chauffeur was beleefd en stopte voor een toilet-/snackpauze. Zou de service opnieuw gebruiken.

They provided the exact time and vehicle number via KakaoTalk, and consultations are available in English. I used their service for a round trip between Ho Chi Minh City and Mui Ne, and it was a comfortable journey. We stopped once at a rest area for about 10 minutes. It was a good trip.
