Everything was great!! We booked a 90-mins full body massage, and we was impressed by the moment we arrived at the spa. The building is well-designed and beautifully decorated inside and out, giving the nature and calming vibe. The staff was very polite and friendly, clearly guiding us through the process. The place is nice and clean too. Tranh BK was my therapist and she was very good! I’m from Thailand and I have chronic back & shoulders pain, so my expectations for massage is very high, but Tranh could meet my expectations. After the massage, I feel relief, relaxed, and satisfied. They also have complimentary drinks & snacks both before and after the massage, and they’re very well presented. Thank you all so much for your warm welcome and excellent service 🙏🏼

This was my mom’s first time trying a head massage and she absolutely loved it! The staff were very gentle, kind, and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The massage was so relaxing that she didn’t want it to end. It was a wonderful experience for both of us, and we left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommended if you want to relax and try a great head massage!

A must-try when you’re in Da Nang! It can be a bit challenging to secure a reservation, but after my visit, I completely understand why it’s so popular. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, helping make our family’s experience truly unforgettable. The service was thoughtful, professional, and consistently attentive from start to finish.
I would happily return to Maha whenever I visit Da Nang again.

I recently enjoyed the 45-minute hair shampoo course at Maha Spa (Nguyen Van Thoai branch). The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, allowing me to relax completely throughout my visit. The scalp massage, in particular, was very comfortable, and I felt my daily fatigue and stress melt away. The salon was clean and had a calming atmosphere, making for a very pleasant experience. After the treatment, my hair felt silky smooth, and my head felt refreshed; I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to relax in Da Nang.

I used the scrub and mask plan. It was helpful to be able to drop off my luggage in the morning. After dropping off my luggage, I could go shopping and then return to the spa to store my luggage again, or even pack. I was able to take a shower, but I wasn't allowed to wash my hair, so I wondered if it depended on the plan. Also, my friend and I received treatments side-by-side, but the way the staff performed the same plan differed.

The spa was very great! The staff is very polite and despite we are late for 10 mins, we are still under good care. The place was tidy and clean, just a few blocks away from the beach, location is very convenient.

Babylon SPA is highly recommended. The therapists are skilled, and the massage environment is clean and comfortable. We tried other massage parlors and found a significant difference in therapist skill; it's clear that training makes a real difference, and you only realize it after comparing. We needed to change our massage time, and by simply entering the store's phone number into WhatsApp, we could contact them instantly online. The store's service attitude and efficiency are excellent, and they actively accommodate customer requests, which is commendable. For the price, we feel we received excellent service quality, making it highly recommended.
