Han River Sightseeing and Dining Experience on 4U Cruise in Da Nang

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and we were offered a drink and well taken care of. My friend and I had a great time taking photos on the yacht. Everyone, please note to go to the correct meeting point if you're attending near the time of the fireworks display.

The food and service was really great. In total, it was a good experience and unforgettable one. The entire crew worked their best to deliver and serve us for the entire trip. Having tried the european cuisine while cruising the Han River is the best dinner experience so far in Da Nang.

I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews, but the experience turned out to be really good. I joined on a regular evening (not during the fireworks festival), and everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the views of Da Nang at night were absolutely beautiful. I guess festival nights can be much busier, but for a normal cruise day, I would definitely recommend it.

This local business is excellent. Even though we were the only customers, it felt like we had the whole boat to ourselves, and they still served us with great dedication and responsibility.

Booked the weekend 8.30pm cruise with them in spite of previous reviews as they were the only option available on klook (all other better reviewed operators fully booked). Turned out to be completely okay. Boat was on par with all the others, neither better not worse. Boat captain/driver was careful. They catered a free soft drink and cut fruits. Reasonable view of the dragon fire bridge. Not as close as some of the other boats, but clear and unblocked. Our young kids enjoyed the whole thing. No complaints from us.

We had a wonderful experience on the Han River Dinner Cruise in Da Nang! The atmosphere was beautiful, especially at night with all the city lights reflecting on the river. The views of the bridges were amazing, and watching the Dragon Bridge from the cruise made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was smooth and well organized. The dinner was enjoyable, and it was a relaxing way to spend the evening while seeing Da Nang from a different perspective. We booked a 4U boat cruise tour for 8:30 PM (Dragon Show at 9:00 PM) because other places were fully booked. We reserved it for August 8th at 8:30 PM and deeply regretted it. We arrived at 8:00 PM, checked in, and were gathered and led to the boat. On the second deck, there were tables for three arranged in two rows. We sat at an empty one. Behind us, there were another 5-6 empty tables. As we were sitting, enjoying the view, a waitress approached and asked us to move. We stood up and followed her, completely confused. She wanted to seat us with some men, with our backs to the front of the boat, which I found unacceptable. She persistently offered us seats, raising her voice, to which I firmly refused. Meanwhile, those 5-6 tables were still empty. Why aren't seat assignments specified on the voucher? I paid $19 for two tickets, which wasn't cheap, only to experience such inconvenience. The evening was ruined. 😢👎 This experience completely spoiled my impression of Vietnamese hospitality. When we disembarked, we mentioned that we would be writing a negative review, and they seemed surprised, as if this kind of treatment is normal for them. I do not recommend this 4U cruise. We didn't even have a clear view because another boat was docked in front of us.
