The hotel was clean and comfortable; however, we requested a room change due to proximity to a construction site. Although management stated they had sent a notification via Agoda, we received no such correspondence. Consequently, we incurred additional charges to relocate to a room further from the disturbance.

Glomad offers excellent accessibility to everything you need, surrounded by the authentic vibe of Vietnam—from local marts and eateries to relaxing spas. It is within walking distance of Da Nang Beach and very close to most tour pickup points. The rooms are neat, cozy, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are incredibly accommodating and always provide service with a smile!
