Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes a route from Da Nang City to Ba Na Hill. You cannot customize the route according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets? The time stay at Ba Na Hills can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Regular service hours: 7:00-18:00. A surcharge will be incurred for transfers between 18:01-6:59
- Late night and early morning transfers (between 21:01-6:59): VND100,000 per car
- Pick-up or drop off at following location incurs surcharge of 200,000/way, 400,000/round trip

Driver was on time. Operator accomodated last minute change as we needed to return to the hotel instead of another location. Smooth arrangement. On the way back, we had to ride the bus with the driver to the parking area. This made our trip hassle free instead of booking taxi on the spot.

Extremely convenient. Driver arrived on time and waited for us because we were a few minutes late. But one thing we did not like is that they changed the driver that picked us up back to the hotel without informing. So we were a bit sceptical if we should follow the person back but they clarified once we whatsapped them. Another thing a bit worrying is that the driver uses their phone will driving. However we still continued to book with them again due to convenience.
