"Entry Process"

• After the plane lands, please follow the airport signs to the immigration inspection area at Arrival Immigration.
• Before the immigration inspection area, look for staff holding signs with the words V.I.P PASS.
• The staff will verify the passenger information and guide you to the designated VIP fast track.
• Once passengers enter the immigration inspection area, the staff will not be able to enter the queue to provide assistance, according to airport immigration regulations.
• Please stay within the designated clearance line throughout the process. If you leave or change the line yourself, the service may be interrupted.

Ho Chi Minh City Airport (SGN)

• Ho Chi Minh City Airport is the busiest international airport in Vietnam, with dense flights and a large passenger flow. 09:00-18:00 every day is the peak period for entry and exit. Clearance may take more than 3 hours. This service can greatly reduce the waiting time for clearance, but it is not a queue-free or direct release. Please confirm that you can accept it before placing an order.

Hanoi Airport (HAN)

• Due to Hanoi Airport's operating regulations, on-site departure services cannot receive passengers with hand-held signs. Be sure to proactively add the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 48 hours before the flight takes off and provide the order number to facilitate subsequent provision of meeting locations and reception instructions. Failure to join within the specified time may affect on-site reception arrangements.

[VIP Fast Track Instructions]

• If you have any questions, please contact the supplier using LINE or WhatsApp. (Supported languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean).
• This service is only applicable to international flights. Please be sure to pay attention to whether the service airport is consistent with the arrival airport of the flight. If the service arrangement time does not match due to incorrect information, it will affect the on-site reception, and the relevant impact shall be borne by the passenger.
• If you change your flight or have other problems that cause you to be unable to arrive as originally planned, please contact customer service in time to inform us. If you fail to inform us in time, you will be responsible for any problems and losses caused thereby.
• If the ordered service airport clearly does not match the flight information provided, or the information is incorrect and does not meet the service conditions, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
• Passengers are responsible for preparing their passport with a validity of more than 6 months on the day of using the service, as well as relevant documents and visas that meet the purpose of entry. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or agency services.
• This service is only applicable to electronic visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, a waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged on-site due to additional waiting and processing time. Please prepare the relevant forms, photos and fees yourself.
• Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 and 2 passport photos with dimensions of 4×6 cm or 2×2 inches when entering Vietnam.
• Children: Those under 11 years old on the day of using the service. No refunds will be given if the service cannot be used due to exceeding the age limit.

• According to the airport policy, Vietnamese passports cannot be used for entry and exit clearance services, please understand.
• For departing passengers, if you use other messaging applications, please provide a Whatsapp number, Line QR, etc. Our operator will contact you at least 2 hours before departure. If you do not contact us for assistance, we may not be able to provide corresponding services.
• This service is a VIP fast track assistance service. The actual queuing time and clearance speed will depend on the airport traffic and on-site operations arrangements on the day.
• If the service cannot be provided within a reasonable time after cooperating with the on-site process, please contact customer service immediately for processing. If it is confirmed that it is not due to passenger factors, a full refund can be assisted.
• This service is mainly provided during periods of high airport traffic to assist passengers with entry and exit clearance procedures.
• From 02:00-05:00 in the morning, due to the low traffic at the airport, customs clearance operations usually only open a single channel. Even if you use the VIP fast track service, you may still share the same line with general passengers. This is an airport management operation arrangement and is not a service abnormality.
• Because the customs clearance line cannot be effectively distinguished during the above-mentioned time period, in order to maintain overall service quality and manpower deployment, entry and exit reception services are not provided from 02:00-05:00 in the morning.
• When placing an order, be sure to fill in the correct flight number (Flight Number, such as VN579). Do not fill in the booking code (such as AB3X9Q). If you fill it in incorrectly, the service cannot be arranged.
• If the flight is an overnight flight in the early morning (for example, departing from 00:00-02:00), be sure to use the actual flight date as the date when placing the order; for entry services, please fill in the correct arrival date and time, and for departure services, please fill in the correct departure date and time.
• After completing the order and providing the correct required information, it will be deemed that the service has been arranged and no separate individual arrangement completion notice will be provided.
• On-site staff for departure services will only wait and receive passengers starting 2 hours before the flight departure. If passengers arrive at the meeting point too early, it is normal operation arrangements if no staff has been arranged to wait on-site.
• On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated customs clearance line or enter the immigration inspection area, on-site staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance. Passengers are requested to stay within the designated line throughout the process. If you leave or change the customs clearance line yourself, the service may be interrupted.
• If there are many people and you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting point in time, please contact customer service immediately via WhatsApp and provide the order number, photos of the on-site environment and your current location, and wait in place as instructed.
