very clean, and the location near to some of the stores, love it!

Allt var trevligt. Receptionisterna är mycket vänliga och respektfulla. De hjälper dig på ett utmärkt sätt. Läget är mycket tillgängligt till alla närmaste butiker och restauranger som du kan tänkas vilja besöka.

nice location, near at Joseph Cathedral, train street, there is a Bar nearby. The hotel is quiet old , it got Lift, comfortable room and bed ,clean and spacious..

hotel was nice and clean. staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests.

PLACE: Near Old St., close to everything like cafes, restaurants, 7/11, and the lake. The room was bigger than expected for us; there were three of us, but we were given a family room. FOOD: We had free breakfast, but it wasn't a buffet. You ordered your meal, and it was delicious.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and explore numerous nearby food stalls. The staff are warm, friendly, and proficient in English, making communication easy throughout the stay. Housekeeping is also commendable, as the room is cleaned and refreshed every time you step out. hotel location: 10/10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Hanoi We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Le Chateau Hotel & Spa. What stood out most was the kindness and genuine hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful and accommodating, especially with my dad, who uses a wheelchair. They paid special attention to his needs and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel is also in a great, convenient location, making it easy to experience the charm of Hanoi and explore the surrounding area. The service felt warm and personal, and we truly felt well taken care of. Excellent location, wonderful staff, and exceptional service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it, especially to families traveling with seniors.

The location is really great. Hoan Kiem Lake is just a 5-minute walk away, and the meeting points for activities are also close by. The hotel lobby staff are friendly. Don't expect too much from breakfast; for the price, it's pretty good.

very nice hotel! the ambience, cleanliness, and services are 10/10. worth for its price! the staff are very nice and very helpful! I'll definitely book this again when I come back.
