Mycket tillmötesgående personal! Vattentrycket är starkt och luftkonditioneringen var superkall. Rekommenderas!

This hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and explore numerous nearby food stalls. The staff are warm, friendly, and proficient in English, making communication easy throughout the stay. Housekeeping is also commendable, as the room is cleaned and refreshed every time you step out.
hotel location: 10/10

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The room was well-maintained and had everything We needed for a relaxing stay.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re assigned to an upper floor, be prepared to take the stairs—so it might be a bit challenging if you’re carrying heavy luggage or not used to climbing.
Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t mind a bit of a workout going up and down the stairs.

Located within the old quarter—just a fee steps from the beer street and a few local shops. There’s also Circle K convenience store nearby.

We had a very good stay at L’Hôtel du Lac Signature. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay.
The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring Hanoi on foot.
Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
