Erittäin mukava vastaanottovirkailija. Siistit ja puhtaat sängyt. Yhteiset kylpyhuoneet. Toivoisin, että olisimme olleet samassa huoneessa, koska olemme iso ryhmä. Kahvilan ruoka on todella hyvää.

Located within the old quarter—just a fee steps from the beer street and a few local shops. There’s also Circle K convenience store nearby.

Staff was very attentive. Shoutout to Linda who took care of us and helped us switch rooms when our A/C stopped working. She definitely was super nice. Thanks to her for making our stay pleasant.

hotel was nice and clean. staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests.

hotel location: it’s within walking distance to anywhere service: the staff were accommodating to my requests. hands down!

We loved our stay in here! the frontdesk staff are cute, good-looking, and clean. They are welcoming and helped us check-in early. Plus, the location is superb! It is near the local food stores, Beer Street, and Cafe Giang! The buffet breakfast was okay, but we still enjoyed it. It’s cheap here but you get good service. They clean your room everyday, too.

Everythings was nice. The reveptionist are very kind and respectful. They assist you very well. The location is very accessible to all the nearest shop and food restaurant you wanted.

breakfast: Good breakfast service: Their staffs are all nice and friendly. transport access: Very near to all Hanoi’s good spots. hotel location: Walking distance to basically pn all nice coffee shops, the train street, to the Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xuan Market.

We had a pleasant stay at Especen Hotel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter and just a short walk from St. Joseph’s Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little older, but considering the affordable price and fantastic location, it offers good value for money. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, so be prepared to use the stairs if your room is on a higher floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Especen Hotel, especially for travelers who want to stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter without spending too much.
