I stayed as a solo traveller here in Hanoi and I can say that CIBI homes is very safe and centrally located. The room is very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and had a good night sleep. There is a coffee shop downstairs and serves very nice coffee and pastries. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Staff are also lovely and helpful (Thao, Tam and Thanh).

Staff was very attentive. Shoutout to Linda who took care of us and helped us switch rooms when our A/C stopped working. She definitely was super nice. Thanks to her for making our stay pleasant.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll and explore numerous nearby food stalls. The staff are warm, friendly, and proficient in English, making communication easy throughout the stay. Housekeeping is also commendable, as the room is cleaned and refreshed every time you step out.
hotel location: 10/10

The breakfast buffet had a wide enough spread for each palate. A made to order Pho and Egg station was a welcome perk in the morning. 🌅
All of the staff were polite and attentive.
For the downside, first this hotel is located across a busy highway from the old quarter so crossing is a challenge.
Secondly, the pool water was not clear during our stay. Please clean the pool.
Overall, we had a good stay. Value for money.

Located within the old quarter—just a fee steps from the beer street and a few local shops. There’s also Circle K convenience store nearby.
