It's okay. People sleeping next to the front desk at night made for quite a unique experience. The bathroom is a bit weird, but being able to see the lake is nice. It is indeed a bit far from the downtown area, but very close to Lotte. However!!!!!!!! I can only give cleanliness a 1 out of 10. It's terrible, as shown in the photos.

One of the most affordable apartment I have ever been to. You have your own balcony, ref, and you can cook your food too.

Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä majoitukseemme Lighthouse & Rooftopissa. Vaikka yövyimme vain yhden yön, henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias, ja koska saavuimme aikaisin, he antoivat meidän jättää tavaramme sinne, jotta pääsimme tutustumaan Hanoihin. Sijainti on lähellä kaupungin keskustaa ja hyvin lähellä Hanoin vanhaa kaupunkia. Myös liikkuminen on erittäin helppoa. Jos palaamme Hanoihin, varaamme 100-prosenttisesti uudelleen Lighthouse & Rooftopiin.

We only stayed for few hours in this hotel due to our short tour at Hanoi but I highly recommend this hotel. We were having hard time to contact for our bus booking but the lady owner was very kind and helpful. She extended her kindness to us and does speak English well.

The hotel is clean, the staff are polite and friendly, with a true Japanese style. The next time I visit Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again.
