We only stayed for few hours in this hotel due to our short tour at Hanoi but I highly recommend this hotel. We were having hard time to contact for our bus booking but the lady owner was very kind and helpful. She extended her kindness to us and does speak English well.

It's okay. People sleeping next to the front desk at night made for quite a unique experience. The bathroom is a bit weird, but being able to see the lake is nice. It is indeed a bit far from the downtown area, but very close to Lotte. However!!!!!!!! I can only give cleanliness a 1 out of 10. It's terrible, as shown in the photos.

One of the most affordable apartment I have ever been to. You have your own balcony, ref, and you can cook your food too.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with strong and reliable Wi-Fi, a modern bathroom, and complete kitchen facilities. Starbucks is also nearby, which was very convenient. The receptionists were very helpful, accommodating, and always quick to respond. Highly recommended!!!
Love from the Philippines! 🇵🇭❤️

The hotel is clean, the staff are polite and friendly, with a true Japanese style. The next time I visit Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again.
