It was a fun experience in Amanoshidate and Ine bay. The travel time was longer than the tour itself but overall it was fun and satisfying. at first it was so confusing to find the bus at the pick-up point but when we saw our guide Anson he was so helpful and accommodating. my best highlight of the tour was the Ine Bay boat tour while feeding seagull, it was scary but fun. But the scenery at the Amanoshidate was so amazing and i enjoy the cable swing so much.

We wanted to go to Shirakawa-go to experience snow for the first time but realized it’s a little far from our place. If you’re in Osaka, booking this day tour is perfect. We loved everything about it. The pick-up and drop-off point is only a few minutes walk from our hotel. The places we went to are not that crowded. It was beautiful to see Amanohashidate and Ine during winter. You will never forget it. Thank you so much to our tour guide, Huahua—very professional, knowledgeable, and fun. Very good at singing too!

Thank you, tour guide Xiao Gao, for taking us to see our first snowfall ❄️! I finally truly understand that snowflakes are "really hexagonal"! Videos or online photos are too "flat". Real snowfall has layers of distance, including speed, density, and angle, interwoven into the romantic world described by poets. I really like the attractions you planned. The three main points were arranged perfectly, a very strong route plan! But I think it would be better if the time allocated for Miyama could be extended. Actually, you can really find a corner here to enjoy coffee and daydream! Also, tour guide Xiao Gao's story about "young people" at the end was hilarious. I can totally understand because my hometown also has a serious aging population! Finally, I wish you and your children peace and happiness 🎉. As long as you are safe, you can find the radiance shining through the leaves, and this radiance can help small trees grow into big trees 🌳!

This trip with guide Oh Seok-bong was wonderful! He provided great travel tips, restaurant information, and even made lunch reservations, helping in every way to ensure we could focus on the trip. He was humorous and provided historical and social information about Kyoto and Nara, making the trip even more enriching. I had been hesitant, but it was a waste of time to worry. He even gave us restaurant information for our drop-off location to take care of dinner. While independent travel is good, it's also great to follow a well-planned schedule made by experts.

I recommend this trip for those with limited time during their Osaka visit. It’s a wonderful way to see three popular tourist spots in just one day. We started from Dotonburi at 8am and returned around 6:30pm. You’ll get about 2 hours to explore the Arashiyama area, 1 hour in Nara, and over an hour at Fushimi Inari Shrine. Just a heads-up: be punctual so you don’t miss the tour, which leaves without you if you're late. Be sure to plan your day wisely. We managed to squeeze in a quick lunch in Arashiyama since there wouldn’t be time to eat at the other spots.

This was my first time using Klook to book a one-day tour, and the destination was Kyoto. My deepest thanks to Theodore Chen for providing such an amazing travel experience. There were so many things that impressed me about this city. He gave clear guidance and was very enthusiastic when explaining the history of every place we visited. Moreover, I felt that the time allocation was just right—not too long and not too rushed—allowing me to fully enjoy the scenery and take photos. As for punctuality, there was nothing to worry about at all; everything was well organized, on schedule, and always on time. Thank you to Klook and to Theodore. I truly enjoyed my trip to Kyoto.

Fantastic 5.0
The tour was very fun and enjoyable. The places are really scenic and worth seeing. Because the attractions are mostly open spaces, it didn’t feel very crowded even though multiple tour groups visit the place together. I would probably walk around Ine Funaya rather than take the boat if ever I go the next time. The boat was nice because you could take great photos of the houses but it felt like you couldn’t really immerse yourself in the surrounding. If there was a point of improvement, I feel like the guide could have been a bit more accommodating. It felt like he was very preoccupied with the time more than ensuring the guests enjoyed their trip. Since the tour group was quite big, it would have helped if he could maybe explain the history or give instructions by batch especially for thos who fall behind. It was slightly irritating especially in Amanohashidate when we would get reminders of the time every 30-45mins. That said, the tour had to visit so many places in a limited time.

Tips before visiting Kyoto

1. Plan your route early

Kyoto has many popular spots, so planning your Kyoto itinerary helps you save time. This keeps your days simple and helps you avoid long rides between areas.

2. Start your day early

Many top attractions get crowded, especially during cherry blossoms and autumn colors. If you visit in the early morning, you’ll enjoy quieter views and easier photos. This also helps you stay cool in warmer months.

3. Wear comfortable shoes

You’ll walk a lot across temples, markets, and older streets. Paths in old Kyoto can be uneven, so good shoes make your day easier. You’ll enjoy exploring without feeling tired too soon.

4. Use trains and buses

Public transport is easily accessible, especially around Kyoto Station and major districts. You’ll find trains and buses connecting most top picks, and you can save money with day passes like the Kyoto City Subway and Bus 1 Day Ticket during longer stays. Many places are also easy for you to reach on foot once you get off the bus.

5. Try local meals and stay flexible

Kyoto has great food, from green tea sweets to small restaurant spots serving classics. If lines are long, explore nearby streets like Pontocho Alley, Nishiki Market’s side lanes, or Shijo-dori; you may find a new favorite place for dinner or breakfast. Keeping flexible helps you enjoy the flow of the city.
