The staff here was so fantastic!!! They helped us with our luggage transport to Tokyo and saved us a ton of money in the process. The sights were right nearby and the hotel was very beautiful. The lobby was very nice and had lots of room to prevent congestion when checking in and out. I would 100% reccommend this hotel to any family seeing Kyoto for the first time.

One of my favorite hotels in Kyoto. The atmosphere was great, hotel staff was nice and provided me a complimentary drink as I waited to get my room key. Spacious rooms and bathroom! hotel location: close to Nishiki Market, 5 City Bus stop 1 minute walk away from hotel cleanliness: Clean every day, throughly every 3 days

Really Beautiful hotel in a great location. the rooms were very clean but could’ve used a little more space. it was so nice they offer a welcome drink and a lounge with free drinks & snacks. also very close to the metro and only a few stops from the downtown area.

Great hotel on a perfect location in the beautiful city of Kyoto. The room was great and the service from all personnel was fantastic. Every day during breakfast you had the opportunity to select one dish from the card and furthermore there was a buffet with sufficient choices. Overall a good choice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The entrance is gorgeous, modern, and tranquil. Upon entrance, we were greeted and offered drinks and a snack which was much appreciated after the long Shinkansen ride from Tokyo. The room and bathroom are both spacious and clean. Great amenities and convenient location as well. Will be staying here again when I’m back in Kyoto!
