Hells of Beppu tours

I enjoyed this trip a lot. I saw plenty of cute and pretty things at Yufuin village. Just a little sad that the train ride was suspended during our time. However, we were able to spend longer time at other attractions. Our tour guide, Daisy, is such a kind person. She even made maps and food recommendations for us to try. Also, our bus driver drives carefully so I was able to rest between locations.

The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to umi jigoku, seeing mount yufu on the way to yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good in explaining and very helpful. She help me taking pictures since I am a solo traveler.

this tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

That time my family can not have fixed plan until Apr 26th night. So I made a booking at 1AM Apr 27th, when I was already too sleepy and the tour we want to go already full until May 8th while I want to arrange a tour on Apr 28th. Then I have to change to another tour with another day , Apr 29th. Then I still get up so early on Apr 28th cause in my mind it’s Apr 28th. But on a bad day I still got lucky cause I met a very nice tour guide - Ada. She helped me until me and my family can have a seat on bus. Without her I don’t know if I can do anything to rearrange my plan. Shoutout to Ada👏🏻 Then I met another nice girl sitting next to me on a tour bus. She is from Hongkong and wanna take a picture with me

It was our first time taking a tour, and Tomas was our guide — he did an amazing job. You don’t get a lot of time at each attraction, but you do have enough time to take some pictures and learn a little bit about the places. We really enjoyed our Beppu trip. Our favorite part was the safari. Thank you for everything!

I was extremely satisfied with the schedule, which was perfectly put together and included Hell's Hot Springs, Yufuin, and the African Safari. Among the attractions, the safari was particularly impressive. I can't quite recall the guide's name, but Ms. Tak Eun-ji's (?) detailed guidance was excellent, and the recommended must-try foods in Yufuin were incredibly delicious. Also, at the end of the trip, they recommended great restaurants and provided a lot of useful information, which I really appreciated.

The time management was absolutely perfect—everything ran like clockwork, and there was zero wasted time or filler locations. Every single stop on the itinerary was amazing, beautiful, and well worth visiting. What truly made this trip unforgettable, though, was our tour guide, Thomas. He is hands down the best guide I have ever had on a tour in Japan! Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and brought such great energy to the group, making the entire day seamless and fun. If you are looking for a perfectly organized tour that hits all the best spots without feeling rushed, I cannot recommend this one enough. Thank you, Thomas, for an amazing day!
