We had Ada as our tour guide. She was very kind, helpful and has a good sense of humor. Actually the trip was very convenient because we wanted to see a lot of places in one day. Really recommend it and hopefully you also get our tour guide 😍😍 Thank you Ada 🫰🏻🫰🏻

I am glad the tour guide assigned in our trip was Daisy. She was the same guide we had last year in our Mt. Aso tour. As before, she was very nice, insightful, and helpful. She provided relevant information and information and concern to the tour participants. We had ample time to explore Beppu m.

I really enjoyed the tour today! 🥰 It was such a meaningful experience, especially since I almost missed it! A huge shoutout to our amazing guide, Aida, for coming back to pick me up and giving me a few extra minutes. 🥹❤️ If you’re taking this tour, make sure you’re on time! Yufuin Village was absolutely beautiful and had so many shops and things to explore, especially along the alley leading to Yufuin Station. My eyes were literally “drooling” from all the beautiful things I saw! 😍✨ Thank you, Aida, for making the experience even more special! 💕

This was the best choice for our Yufuin trip. Our guide, Jeon Gyu-young, gave our family the best time. If you're visiting Yufuin on your own, I highly recommend trying this without hesitation.

Highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to explore the Kyushu region efficiently or you're an Attack on Titan fan! We were a group of 3 adults and found it worked out cheaper than organising transport ourselves. The highlight was our guides, who were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, bilingual, and made the day so enjoyable with local insights and great recommendations. The coach was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. The itinerary was well-paced with enough time at each stop, and everything ran perfectly on schedule. Some attractions, like Kamado Jigoku and the Attack on Titan Museum, require separate entry tickets, but they were inexpensive and still made the tour great value. A fantastic way to experience Kyushu without the stress of planning it yourself!

We had a wonderful time attending this Beppu Yufuin One-Day Tour. Our guide, Ms. Yang, was very clear in explaining the facts and history of the place that we will be visiting and she also send us recommendations of places for lunch since we were traveling with a vegetarian. I also like the part that she reserved the first seat for us so that it would not be difficult for my mom who is a senior citizen. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour. Not only did we managed to visit some beautiful places, it was also friendly to senior citizens.

We joined this tour and chose to take the Yufuin no Mori train back to Hakata, which saved us the hassle of booking tickets in advance. Plus, the Yufuin no Mori departed at 5:15 PM, giving us over an hour more time compared to the group bus departure, which was fantastic! Our tour guide, Ada, was very kind. She explained the itinerary and collected money for admission tickets on the bus. At Kyushu African Safari, she quickly helped us purchase tickets. Although we didn't get to ride the Jungle Bus (it was sold out), watching the wild animal area from the tour bus allowed for clearer photos and better viewing. The entire day's itinerary was very fulfilling; it was a wonderful day trip!

It was a great experience! 😊 Even though the weather was pretty harsh today, Kevin handled everything really well and made sure it affected our trip as little as possible. He was friendly, helpful, and kept everything organized throughout the day .

She was extremely responsible and made sure every single detail was perfectly taken care of—from reminding us about assembly times and key things to note, to giving great sightseeing recommendations, and even being thoughtful enough to arrange timely restroom breaks. You can really tell how much heart she puts into ensuring everyone has a joyful and comfortable travel experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of each attraction, which made the trip both fun and educational for us. She was always smiling and polite, making us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout the journey. I highly recommend this tour to everyone! I was so happy that I finally got to ride the Yufuin no Mori train. Joining this tour made everything we wanted to do go so smoothly. Thank you so much, Daisy!
