The trip was so good. We went to the zoo in the morning and then to umi jigoku, seeing mount yufu on the way to yufuin. Our guide Nicole Yang was very good in explaining and very helpful. She help me taking pictures since I am a solo traveler.

I enjoyed this trip a lot. I saw plenty of cute and pretty things at Yufuin village. Just a little sad that the train ride was suspended during our time. However, we were able to spend longer time at other attractions. Our tour guide, Daisy, is such a kind person. She even made maps and food recommendations for us to try. Also, our bus driver drives carefully so I was able to rest between locations.

Just got back from our trip and it was fantastic! Special shoutout to our guide "Summer" — she was super helpful, full of local tips, and made the whole day smooth and fun. We saw all the highlights and tried so much great food because of her recommendations. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even though it was raining, the overall itinerary was very well managed. We had a mini-bus with two guides: Zhu Zhu, who handled Chinese and Korean, and another male guide who provided explanations and commentary in fluent English. This was my first time on a one-day tour, and I was surprised that the guides even walked with us. Zhu Zhu is an excellent guide; she provided detailed information about restrooms and lunch options and consistently ensured the group stayed together and that everyone was accounted for. The entire trip was very enriching. Although the schedule was a bit tight, there was still enough time even for those who love taking photos. We even received small gifts at the end! Since I was staying in Takachiho, I opted out of the return trip, and Zhu Zhu was very enthusiastic in discussing my drop-off location. I'm so glad I joined this one-day tour, and I highly recommend it!

Our day tour to Dazaifu, Yufuin, Kamado Jigoku, and Umi Jigoku was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for everyone in the group made the entire trip enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fukuoka and Beppu. This was my first solo trip to Fukuoka, and the weather was incredibly hot. Luckily, I chose to join a local tour, which was an excellent decision. ❤️❤️ I've participated in various local tours in Japan and Korea before, but this time, our guide, Lily (Cheng Li), was the most professional and best guide I've ever encountered. Her voice was gentle and pleasant to listen to, and she spoke clearly and concisely. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the attractions and shopping itineraries in Fukuoka. She even sent us recommendations for souvenirs and restaurants. ❤️ Throughout the entire trip, she was very caring and friendly to every tour member! ❤️ She made my whole trip feel very comfortable! I hope to join a tour led by her again when I visit next time. 🥰

We joined this tour and chose to take the Yufuin no Mori train back to Hakata, which saved us the hassle of booking tickets in advance. Plus, the Yufuin no Mori departed at 5:15 PM, giving us over an hour more time compared to the group bus departure, which was fantastic! Our tour guide, Ada, was very kind. She explained the itinerary and collected money for admission tickets on the bus. At Kyushu African Safari, she quickly helped us purchase tickets. Although we didn't get to ride the Jungle Bus (it was sold out), watching the wild animal area from the tour bus allowed for clearer photos and better viewing. The entire day's itinerary was very fulfilling; it was a wonderful day trip!
