Facilities were pretty new and well maintained. Location was near the train station. Great that there was an onsen readily available for use at the hotel.

Every night the Onsen tub were filled with laud talking ladies from foreign countries. Their noisy voices were echoing in the Onsen tubs room, but the sign of “Please not be laud in the Big tab room!” at the entrance door was written only in Japanese. And also I wished there were an cleaning attendant at the hair dryer and sink area because those laud ladies also left filthy mess in the sink. The swimming pool were filled with noisy adults and it was not relaxing place at all. There were an young Mom wearing suim suits and her baby with a paper diper. She removed the baby’s diaper and went into the Onsen Tub, which I thought the baby could contaminate the water.

We have7 people, stay in 2 double room and 1 triple room. The triple room is quite big. Bathroom and sofa area are bigger than double room. Bed is very comfortable.

It’s a very nice hotel, room is big compare to other hotels in Japan. The rooftop pool and onsen have excellent view. Location is good, lots of restaurants, train and bus stations within few mins walk. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful!
