loved this hotel, I ended up booking another day with them. it was nice to be able to go to the spa section after a long stay and unwind/ relax from a long day of walking. I highly recommend!! worth every penny!!

this was the perfect hotel. right next to a cute cafe. and if you keep walking down the street and make a right you will run into “mom and pop” / “hole in the wall” restaurants. they do have a spa section on the top floor, and a sauna. which was perfect for travelers after a long day of exploring. I loved it so much, I ended up booking another night.

This is our first time checking in this hotel, and I must say that it did not disappoint! The front desk was very hospitable and can understand and speak in English. The location is accessible to the subway as well as in local izakayas, pubs, yakiniku places, and convienience stores. It is also a short walk to the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. We will definitely come again here on our next stay in Osaka!

Great location. the hotel is right next to the exit B6 Namba station ( Metro ). Daily free breakfast, even the room is small, but everything is equipped.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. Right outside, there's also a FamilyMart and restaurants. Shinsaibashi is just a short walk away. The hotel has a washing machine and a bathtub, plus complimentary coffee and tea. I really love it; this is my third stay here.

Our stay was nothing but amazing! The amenities are great and the location is perfect if you’re aiming for both shopping and food tripping. Walking distance to Metro, Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. We’ll definitely stay again with Koko when we go back in Osaka! Thanks!

staff are very helpful. provides pajamas which is a big plus leaving more space for shopping. unlimited toiletries with skincare.
