Hotels near Gekkeikan Ōkura Sake Museum

This was our first time staying on the other side of Kyoto Station. Toji subway station is right next door, just a 3-minute walk to Aeon Mall. Kyoto Station is only a 7-8 minute walk away. It's not as bustling as in front of the station, but we really enjoyed the tranquility. OMO never disappoints. We really enjoyed the time drinking tea in the evening.

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but the room rate is very low so it's understandable. The cleanliness could be improved, but everything else is pretty good. The downstairs self-service shop has a wide variety of food that is also very tasty.

They provide excellent service and answer any questions you have. They were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! It's close to many places, and you can walk to the tori.

one of the best hotels ive stayed at! definitely made my birthday a little more special for some reason. i also want to commend the staff for being so hospitable and nice. everyone was so accomodating. i'll always stay here when i go back to kyoto. much love!!

I would stay at this hotel again. The room condition, free luggage storage, large public bath, and breakfast were all great, and I was able to use everything smoothly and comfortably, just like at home. Service:

OMO's experience did not disappoint. The geographical environment is pretty good. You can make tea every night and borrow an aroma diffuser to use in your room. As for breakfast, there's a 1000-yuan allowance, and you can freely choose from a wide selection of breads and drinks.

Besides the location being a ten-minute walk from Kyoto Station, the only other drawback is that while there are free ice pops in the relaxation area after bathing, there's no WiFi. Everything else is great.
