it was our second time staying here at this hotel and the service and accommodation is very consistent. the only difference I can say is that the room we got this time was a bit smaller even if we booked the same double room. other than that, this hotel is still highly recommended if you want to stay near Kyoto station.

very good location and easy to find while using google map. near to Kyoto station, walkable distance to AEON mall and Donki shopping. right across the hotel is the coco ichibanya. quiet and peaceful place to stay while in Kyoto. we love our stay here and will definitely come back again.

hotel was VERY clean and spacious!! loved his you had to have a key card to use the elevator! the staff was very welcoming and always greeted us and told us goodbye when we left! would 10/10 recommend

Location is very convenient since it is only 5 minutes walk to the Kyoto station, the cons is it’s very far from the places that I want to go. also they don’t provide coffee in the room, the bathroom essentials is you have to pick it up at the desk.

smooth and easy check in/out process. Kyoto requires payment for seaparate local tax so we had to pay another JPY 1200 for 3 nights, didnt mind tho so just dropping here to set everyone’s expectations. Room has enough space for 2 (it’s not small, around 14sqm i think?). Toilet essentials can be picked up at the reception. Location is really close to Kyoto station and just in front of Coco Ichibanya. A coin laundry is available in the hotel and along the way to Kyoto station. Konbinis are also nearby. If you booked a tour via Klook, the meeting point is also nearby so very convenient. Will prolly book again once Im back to Kyoto.

We had a comfortable stay here. The location is great and conveniently close to the station, with plenty of restaurants and even a mall nearby. The room was above average in size, which we appreciated. However, there was a slight smell that we didn’t particularly like, possibly coming from the carpet or the air conditioning.
