The room is large, and the hot spring bath is great. The nearby convenience store is a bit far, about a 15-minute walk. There are free drinks on the 2nd floor, the environment is very comfortable, and I will come again.

The environment is very good, and snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are all-you-can-drink. I guarantee you won't be hungry. However, some of the staff don't seem to welcome foreigners very much. I saw them helping other local Japanese customers carry their luggage to their cars and onto snow vehicles, but foreigners don't get the same treatment.

The room has a private hot spring bath and a public bath. The public bath also has 4 private bath houses. Overall, it's a great accommodation with a very nice environment.

I've never been so eager to write a review! The entire experience, from arrival to departure, deserves a 10/10. First, the hotel's environment is fairytale-beautiful, and the staff's service is incredibly attentive. The hotel's facilities are also very thoughtful, with a matcha stand before 5 PM, a bar lounge from 6 PM to 7 PM, and ramen and popsicles for a late-night snack in addition to the two meals included with the stay. The hotel room has an onsen, and the hotel also provides four semi-open-air private baths that don't require reservations, allowing you and your partner to enjoy quiet time. I also must mention the hotel's large public bath, which has a wide variety of onsen and is open until 3 AM. I highly recommend everyone to visit.

the hotel room was so big and nice. it came with dinner and breakfast. we are amazed by the food they provided. the spa is nice, but it’s separate into men’s and womens.

I loved the perfect facilities and the perfect hot spring. It's a bit pricey, but I think you should definitely stay for one night. The facilities were as satisfying as the price. Parking was free, the scenery of the village was great, and I was satisfied.

The Jazz & Classic music in the lobby, along with the unlimited drinks and snacks, is truly very comfortable! The entire hotel is conveniently located, spacious, and bright, and the atmosphere at night is also great! The food and rooms are both very good - it's a place where you can stay all day to rest and enjoy yourself!
