This costume rental shop provides excellent service. We missed our reservation date due to rain, and the shop was very helpful in allowing us to use the service on another day. They also respond to emails very quickly. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The costumes are cute, clean, and have many props to choose from.

I went on a tour with the guide Tom on January 9.
I really enjoyed everything. We were very lucky with the weather — we got to see both snow and sunshine.
The hotel we stayed at was surprisingly good: a decent dinner and an acceptable breakfast. The room was spacious and very warm, and there was a shop nearby.
For some reason we didn’t go to see the foxes — they couldn’t accommodate us. But it wasn’t a big issue for me. The drive was long and we were already tired.
I’d like to wish the tour more visitors, and here are a couple of suggestions to make it a 10/10 😅:
please schedule the visit to Ginzan Onsen so that guests can stay until the gas lanterns are lit, and book the ropeway tickets in advance for your guests so they don’t have to spend an hour and a half in line.

We had a marvelous time at Ginzan Onsen. The trip was definitely not rushed. We were able to compare its day and night view because our guide, Tom, gave us 3 hours to explore. My friend and I had an amazing time! Next was Zao ropeway which was equally wonderful! We love that Tom lets us enjoy the tour and make adjustments as needed. Definitely recommended!

A day trip to Karuizawa offers a wonderful vacation vibe: Kumoba Pond's waters reflect the surrounding forest, and strolling along the wooden boardwalk of Harunire Terrace, enjoying coffee, desserts, and bread, is incredibly therapeutic. Karuizawa is worth planning an overnight stay next time. Tour guide Liu was friendly and professional, providing detailed explanations, covering everything from historical culture and customs to cuisine, making the overall experience perfect.

I took my parents on this tour and was lucky enough to have Mizki as our energetic guide. She shared a lot of relevant knowledge and interesting stories along the way, and even used her own little illustrations, which was so thoughtful. She went above and beyond to take care of everyone in the group. Her farewell speech was really touching. Thank you so much, Mizki! I hope we meet again someday ❤️

Eventhough we didn't speak Chinese and Japanese, we were still able to enjoy the whole trip, thanks to our very energetic tour guide who always remind and simplify the instructions for us with her few English words. We were so full from the lunch to strawberries and the tofu. It was a long trip and very tiring but enjoyable to see snow in Gunma nonetheless.

just the winter illumination at ashikaga makes it totally worth it! it is a truly magical experience, perfect for all ages. for the hitachi seaside park, make sure you check the flowering status before going. unfortunately for us the flowers were mowed in preparation for the next season, but the park still offers sand dunes, grass fields, rock garden and an amusement park.
