An absolute must-see – the Railway Museum in Saitama! Anyone with even a spark of enthusiasm for trains will love this museum. Spanning over 9,000 square meters, visitors can delve deep into the history of Japanese railways, featuring real locomotives, interactive exhibits, and impressive technological experiences. (ANA) The absolute highlight for me was the ride on the small mini-train – in that moment, you completely forget your age and become a child again. That smile won't fade anytime soon! The museum is easily accessible from Ōmiya Station via the "New Shuttle" – the journey itself sets the mood for the adventure. Our tour guide for the past two days was Tony, and he took very good care of us. He even gave us small gifts. It was very cold when we went to Ginzan Onsen, and he gave us heat packs. He also gave us heat packs and chocolate on the second day. When we couldn't enter the Fox Village, he found a way for us to go somewhere else. We went to Shiroishi Castle, which was very beautiful and worth a walk and taking some pictures. The driver was also very nice, drove very smoothly, and greeted everyone warmly when getting on and off the bus. We happened to encounter heavy snow when we went to Ginzan Onsen, which was very beautiful. On the second day, we went to the Zao Snow Monsters, and we were incredibly lucky! The weather was very clear. Although we couldn't ride the cable car to the very top because there were too many individual travelers, it was still very beautiful and worth it! I heard that the day before we went, Zao had a big snowstorm and the visibility was very poor, but the weather was clear blue skies today! So lucky~ We stayed at Kamesei Ryokan. The hotel looks very historical, but it's maintained quite cleanly. The rooms are also very large, and the breakfast is rich and delicious, with both traditional Japanese and Western breakfasts. Our Guide Mr Lee is smiley and friendly. His guide us at little Edo Street and recommend many nice streets foods and snack to buy home. Since it was raining, he suggested we should go for Prince shopping mall instead as my husband unable to do lots of walking. We are fortunate to have him as our guide.

It's perfect for taking kids; it feels more like a park with decorations and playground equipment. You'll go crazy buying Moomin merchandise! There are so many exclusive items that you can get all at once. There's a black and yellow sandwich cookie that's delicious, affordable, and comes with 20 pieces, making it a great souvenir.

The classic Ultraman and Godzilla theater shows are a must-see; they're incredibly entertaining and worth the price of admission. Facilities: I recommend spending at least half a day at the park. The rides are geared towards children, offering a relaxed and fun experience. Performances: To fully enjoy the old street area, be sure to catch the performances. They significantly enhance the fun. The larger shows are also very entertaining, allowing you to sing and dance along during the parade. Wait Times: There are very few crowds, so wait times are generally under 10 minutes. it rained when we visited on 25 Mar. the price on klook is competitive. a breeze entering the park. there's no rides at all. we caught 2 shows and though we didnt understand the language, the animation more than make it up.

I booked 2D1N trip to Ginsen Onsen and Mouny Zao via Klook. travel with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony are friendly and takes great care everyone. he tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese and English. Also, he is so kind, prepared and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. We had an amazing time with the kids, we all enjoyed the up close and personal experience with all the animals and the kids loved being able to feed and pat them. it was a bonus to go on some rides too. It was very affordable and fun for the whole family x

Good and interesting experience to drive around the lake in a mini EV. pick up from main station was easy. Guide was knowledgeable and stopped at a few scenic spots and helped to record videos and took photos . these were later sent to us via air drop at end of activity . Do note that the price for klook is significantly higher than the price offered direct by the tour operator. I managed to appeal for klook best price guarantee which klook honour and refunded the difference in klook cash voucher .
