Transport in Sapa

The most luxury bus I'd ever had. Extremely clean, new, comfort & spacious seat with massage and reclining function, free wifi, USB charging, a bottle of water & wet tissue. Also well organized bus company with experience drivers and staffs. Pick up & drop off service by van from and to hotels were punctual and well communicated via whatsapp. There were 2 stops for food and toilet breaks. Highly recommended👍👍👍

I had an excellent experience traveling from Hanoi to Sapa with G8 Open Tour. The cabin sleeper bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the long journey much more relaxing than expected. The seats were spacious, and the sleeping cabins provided enough privacy to rest during the trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. Boarding was well organized, and the bus departed and arrived on schedule, which made planning the rest of my trip very convenient. The driver handled the mountain roads safely and smoothly, giving passengers confidence throughout the ride. I was also impressed with the overall value for money. The service, comfort, and convenience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend G8 Open Tour to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. It is a reliable and comfortable option, and I would happily choose this service again on my next visit to Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Was weirded out first when we got into van shuttle bus but was told by the driver he would just drop us at their saoviet office near the airport about 1km away from the airport. Waited for 30 mins for our bus going to Sapa and it took us about 6 hrs and had 3 stops along the way. Better to bring your own food as the foods along the stop were priced at a premium. Overall it got us to our destination so it was good.

We didn’t get to experience Hanoi’s famous Train Street, but we did get to ride the actual train that passes through it—and honestly, it was an experience of its own. We were lucky to have our cabin all to ourselves, which made us feel like VIPs throughout the journey. Before boarding, we also enjoyed access to the Sapa Lounge, where we were able to freshen up with a shower. The trip from Sapa to Hanoi was peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing. Although the train takes longer than a sleeper bus or limousine, it’s a great option if you have extra time and prioritize better rest, comfort, and safety. Overall, I highly recommend taking the train, especially if you want a more relaxing and enjoyable travel experience.

The driver picked us early in the morning, and explain clearly about the facilites in the car. The car was very well maintained, with good wifi. Mr Kien the driver drove really well for a long journey from hanoi to sapa. Very recommended.

nice experience! but next time i will try limousine car ehhehe. staff are nice.. no traffic from Sapa to Hanoi Airport… but the wifi in the bus didn’t function.. i don’t know why.. luckily we have our pocket wifi… most of the time we slept in the bus…next time i will ask the driver why there is no wifi.. thank you sleeper BUS!!! best!

I sleep like a puppy on this bus. Good AC no weird smell compare to other brand. Driver not shoutting at us like the Blue Brand G8 we took previously. Wonder supporting from Rachel who help us find our bag back when we accidentally leave it on the transfer bus.🥹Good brand to trust your trip on🥳

our driver picked us up earlier than scheduled which we appreciate as we were checked out at noon. details and info procised night before and day of. safe and very exprienxed driver, 3 rest stops amd we were the first to fet dropped off. thank you for the service!

The kindest owner/operator and driver we met in Sapa! (our personal itinerary: La Sapa, Sailing Sapa, personal errands, and DeMong Sapa) Ms. Anne and our driver, Sir Quang Tho, went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Ms. Anne was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive to all our requests—even in the wee hours of the morning, when she really didn't have to be. When we needed to extend our service for another day at the last minute and I could no longer book through Klook, Ms. Anne immediately found a solution for us. We truly appreciate her willingness to help and the exceptional service provided by her team. A special thanks as well to Sir Quang Tho, who was so thoughtful and patient throughout our trip.
