I had an excellent experience traveling from Hanoi to Sapa with G8 Open Tour. The cabin sleeper bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the long journey much more relaxing than expected. The seats were spacious, and the sleeping cabins provided enough privacy to rest during the trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. Boarding was well organized, and the bus departed and arrived on schedule, which made planning the rest of my trip very convenient. The driver handled the mountain roads safely and smoothly, giving passengers confidence throughout the ride. I was also impressed with the overall value for money. The service, comfort, and convenience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend G8 Open Tour to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. Was weirded out first when we got into van shuttle bus but was told by the driver he would just drop us at their saoviet office near the airport about 1km away from the airport. Waited for 30 mins for our bus going to Sapa and it took us about 6 hrs and had 3 stops along the way. Better to bring your own food as the foods along the stop were priced at a premium. Overall it got us to our destination so it was good.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Interbus Line when traveling from Sapa to Hanoi. The booking through Klook was smooth and straightforward, and I received clear confirmation and instructions before departure.  The bus itself was comfortable and clean. A blanket and water were provided, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout the journey. The bed was decent for resting, although it’s quite basic compared to premium cabin buses. The trip took around 6–7 hours with a couple of rest stops along the way, which felt reasonable.  The staff were friendly and helpful, and the departure and arrival were fairly on time. However, the ride can feel a bit bumpy, especially on winding mountain roads, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. Also, facilities are quite simple—don’t expect luxury features like entertainment systems or strong charging ports. it was an amazing experience. eventhough it a bit jerky(maalog). i really had a great sleep cause there is pillow and comforter. the snacks also is amazing. the vp sapa train also has a lounge where you can sleep while waiting. the staff alao is helpful and kind and helps us in every step of the way before we leave to hanoi.

Kien was an awesome driver and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride from my hotel in Hanoi to Sapa, which is a 6 hour drive. we stopped twice along the way for coffee and toilet breaks. I highly recommend everyone to use their service, when you are touring Vietnam.

our driver picked us up earlier than scheduled which we appreciate as we were checked out at noon. details and info procised night before and day of. safe and very exprienxed driver, 3 rest stops amd we were the first to fet dropped off. thank you for the service!

I sleep like a puppy on this bus. Good AC no weird smell compare to other brand. Driver not shoutting at us like the Blue Brand G8 we took previously. Wonder supporting from Rachel who help us find our bag back when we accidentally leave it on the transfer bus.🥹Good brand to trust your trip on🥳

The full-day Sapa car with driver was a convenient way to explore the area. The vehicle was comfortable, and having a private driver made it easy to visit multiple attractions at our own pace. Overall, it was a practical and hassle-free transportation option.

I loved the experience I had with Damitrans. The staff in Hanoi were helpful and guided me to my cabin. I room and bed was spacious enough for me. They also offered free water and snacks. There is a charging port in each bed. I prefer travelling by train than bus as you have access to the toilet whenever you needed.
