The President Limousine has spacious reclining seats, massage functions, USB charging, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Recent passengers describe the buses as clean, new and comfortable. For your Sapa trip, I think you made a good choice. If you want a comfortable road trip rather than a sleeper bus, I'd choose the President Limousine again.

This time, things didn't go very smoothly. We booked a bus for 10:30 PM, but the airport shuttle time was not confirmed with us in advance. We assumed we just needed to be picked up at the agreed location at 10:30 PM. At 9:40 PM, we received a call asking us to wait at the designated spot in 15-20 minutes. We had just ordered our meal, so we rushed to finish dinner. Upon arriving at the meeting point, there was no name card for me, and no one was waiting. After contacting them, we were worried we'd miss the bus. They told us they would arrive in another 15 minutes. After arriving at the shuttle point and checking in, we were informed our bus was at 10:50 PM. So, why did we rush to the shuttle point earlier? We suggest that before boarding, you could inform us when the bus might make a brief stop (even if everyone is sleeping and doesn't get off). Also, it would be helpful to give us an estimated arrival time. We only knew we had arrived when the bus stopped and the staff pulled back our curtains (which was more startling than helpful).

Kiváló élményben volt részem a G8 Open Tourral Hanoiból Sapába utazva. A hálófülkés busz tiszta, kényelmes és jól karbantartott volt, így a hosszú utazás sokkal pihentetőbb volt a vártnál. Az ülések tágasak voltak, és a hálófülkék elegendő magánéletet biztosítottak a pihenéshez az út során. A személyzet barátságos, professzionális és segítőkész volt az egész utazás alatt. A beszállás jól szervezett volt, a busz pedig pontosan indult és érkezett, ami nagyon kényelmessé tette a további utazásom tervezését. A sofőr biztonságosan és zökkenőmentesen vezette a hegyi utakon, bizalmat adva az utasoknak az egész út során. Lenyűgözött az ár-érték arány is. A szolgáltatás, a kényelem és a praktikum felülmúlta a várakozásaimat. Nagyon ajánlom a G8 Open Tourt mindenkinek, aki Hanoi és Sapa között utazik. Megbízható és kényelmes opció, és szívesen választanám újra ezt a szolgáltatást a következő vietnami látogatásom során. Nagyon ajánlott!

Such a nice and comfortable cabin bus! They provided free wipes and bottled water**, which was a nice little touch, especially for a long ride. The bus also left on time according to their scheduled departure, so we didn’t have to wait too long. The seats were spacious and comfortable enough that we were able to **sleep peacefully throughout the journey Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable ride, and definitely a good option if you’re traveling between cities in Vietnam.

The train journey was definitely the highlight. It was comfortable, clean and a great way to travel while enjoying the beautiful views along the way. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the cabin had air conditioning. Bananas, a cup of Maggie noodles and snacks were provided for each passenger. The toilet was also very clean and well maintained. The staff at the lounge were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the shuttle service from Sapa to Lao Cai. I was picked up at around 9:00 AM, but the driver stopped to pick up another guest and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The driving was also quite reckless, especially when overtaking on winding roads and around bends. I felt quite scared during the journey and think the driving could definitely be safer. Other than the shuttle service, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend the train journey. It was comfortable, enjoyable and a memorable experience. I would happily take the train again.

A sofőr korán reggel felvett minket, és világosan elmagyarázta az autóban található felszereléseket. Az autó nagyon jól karbantartott volt, jó wifivel. Kien úr, a sofőr nagyon jól vezetett a hosszú úton Hanoiból Sapába. Nagyon ajánlott.

Jó élmény volt! De legközelebb limuzint próbálok majd, ehehehe. A személyzet kedves volt... nem volt forgalom Sapa és a Hanoi repülőtér között... de a buszon nem működött a wifi... nem tudom miért... szerencsére volt nálunk zseb-wifi... az idő nagy részében aludtunk a buszon... legközelebb megkérdezem a sofőrt, miért nincs wifi... köszönöm, hálófülkés BUSZ!!! A legjobb!

they have a pickup service from your hotel in tam coc to bring you to the office for you to wait for your bus. you will be informed of the bus plate so you know which bus to board. went with the 9.30pm from ninh binh to sapa and arrived about 6am. they had 2-3 stops in between for your toilet break. managed to sleep the whole way comfortably so this is worth trying out! water and towel is provided. you can charge your phone too. unfortunately the tv wasn’t working. you would have to remove your shoes with a plastic given before going on board. overall enjoyed this experience and would try it again!

The kindest owner/operator and driver we met in Sapa! (our personal itinerary: La Sapa, Sailing Sapa, personal errands, and DeMong Sapa) Ms. Anne and our driver, Sir Quang Tho, went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Ms. Anne was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive to all our requests—even in the wee hours of the morning, when she really didn't have to be. When we needed to extend our service for another day at the last minute and I could no longer book through Klook, Ms. Anne immediately found a solution for us. We truly appreciate her willingness to help and the exceptional service provided by her team. A special thanks as well to Sir Quang Tho, who was so thoughtful and patient throughout our trip. He even played YouTube Kids shows to help keep our baby calm and entertained during the drive, which we deeply appreciated. Thank you so much, Ms. Anne and your wonderful team.
