We arrived at the meet up point 30 minutes earlier, the hotel owner welcomed us to have a sit in their cafe while waiting for boarding. Upon boarding, the lower deck was okey to me. Along the 6 hours journey, the bus had only one rest point.

Took the late night bus. Pickup from hotel in old quarter. Bus arrived a little late & it was transporting the afternoon passengers from Sapa back to Hanoi. The cleanup was not thorough, can see rubbish still left. The crowd getting into the bus was terrible, everybody rushing to get in first to grab the bottom seats.Seat which able to inclined backwards was fine. The whole journey was shaky from the poor road conditions to Sapa.Reached way earlier at 330am & rested inside bus till 6-7am before head down to hotel.Unlikely to take this bus again, I actually took a return bus by Inter & that was much better in comfort, cleanliness & orderliness.

Pick up by a mini van from Old Quarter around 6.30-7am with other travelers. Transferred to a sleeper bus. Leg room was perfect and y’all 165cm is the perfect leg room otherwise taller guest bend their knees throughout the ride. 2 toilet breaks in between the 6 hours journey, great for stretching and getting a quick bite! Amazing view -sit on the left side towards sapa and right side towards Hanoi city. Clean - slippers provided in the bus and outside during breaks. No shoes allowed. Comfortable multi recline positions and a furry blanket!

We took the morning bus and got picked up at our accommodation - although the bus wasn’t really the same as in the pictures (maybe because ours was the morning one, which isn’t a sleeper bus?), it was still very comfortable and clean, with plenty of legspace :) you’ll be asked to take off your shoes and there are 2 rest stops in between - driver drove cautiously too, so nothing much to nitpick about. Highly recommended for people looking to head over to Sapa from Hanoi - hassle-free, comfortable and affordable :)

The bus ride was alright. We were given a bottle water and a blanket on our seat. I could not lift the seat up as it was spoil. A new experience taking a sleeper bus; having to put up with the body smell of other users for the whole journey. We had 2 stops, one of which was a 10mins toilet break and another was I think about 30mins which is to grab a bite before proceeding straight to Hanoi. As we were about to reach old quarter,we were stopped by the traffic due to the summit that was going on.

Super cool bus! Never seen this before. About 30 minutes delay. Had to change from a smaller bus to this bigger bus (see pictures). Rest stops in between if necessary. Save one night stay by taking the 9pm bus. When the bus reached at Sapa at 4am, he allowed everyone to sleep till 6am LOL.

Really good experience taking the bus from Sapa to Hanoi. It is a great way to cut down on time spent - especially if you're looking to reach Hanoi by evening for a good night's rest on an actual bed. Whilst we departed Sapa later than expected, we managed to arrive faster than expected. Overall, would definitely recommend other travellers to consider this option for their trips to Sapa.

It was really a good experience. The bus is well maintained. You need to remove your shoes before u enter the bus. You will be given a carry bag for your shoes. You will also be requested not to eat anything inside the bus. The ride was very good. We were picked up in a mini van around 7 am from our hotel and taken to the bus at the starting point. The bus started around 7.45 and reached sapa by 1.30 pm 2 breaks, the first one 20 mins and second one was just 10 mins. I guess the deal in klook is probably the best you could get. Just 14 USD for 2 tickets.
