We have a very informative, English-speaking, very helpful tour guide, Miss Tung. They message via Whatsapp the night before and leave on time. This tour was very sulit. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Value for money! Our tour guide, May, was incredibly accommodating, helpful, kind, and informative throughout the entire trip. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and always went the extra mile to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. Her knowledge of the places we visited and the stories she shared made the experience even more enjoyable and meaningful. She was patient, friendly, and always had a positive attitude that kept the group engaged. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, our tour was smooth, memorable, and absolutely worth every penny. Would I book another tour with May again? YES! Without a doubt! 🫶🏻❤️

I took the 4AM bus to Sapa and arrived at 10AM. The 2PM tour was perfect for exploring the different landmarks in Sapa. The operator messaged me the morning of for further details and the contact for my tour guide. My tour guide was Dua, and she was absolutely lovely! She is a local of Sapa and is very knowledgeable about the culture of Sapa. She communicates very well in English and seems to be well-known among the locals as well. I appreciate her friendliness and how she was able to narrate the culture and way of life of the indigenous group. She is very easy to relate to and talk to. Our driver was also quite skilled in navigating the roads of Sapa. I would absolutely recommend this tour, and I can wholeheartedly vouch for Dua. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience.

Excellent tour – very well organized and fantastic guide I recently joined this tour and was really impressed with how well everything was organized. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, and the itinerary was well planned without feeling rushed. A special mention goes to our guide, Mai, who made the experience truly memorable. Her English was excellent, and is incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited. She explained the history, culture, and little details in a clear and engaging way. You could tell they really cared about giving us a great experience. If you're looking for a well-run tour with a guide who speaks great English and brings the destination to life, I highly recommend this one.

The half day tour was very well organised. Started and ended on time. Our tour guide hope was very professional and sweet. She made sure we had a memorable time and she’s a great photographer😉 Overall it was lovely and I highly recommend this to all.

We had an amazing experience during our Cat Cat Village – Moana – Alpine Coaster tour! Our tour guide, Ms. Dua, made the whole trip even more enjoyable and memorable. She is very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. She explained everything nicely and gave us many helpful ideas and recommendations throughout the tour. One thing we really appreciated was how she helped negotiate with the locals so we could rent costumes at a proper price. She also kindly offered to take pictures for us, which made the experience even more special and stress-free. The tour was fun, smooth, and well-organized because of her assistance and positive attitude. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sa Pa, and if you get Ms. Dua as your guide, you’re definitely in good hands! 🥰🇻🇳

My family and I have had amazing day yesterday with our tour guide Soso. She is kind, sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. . Any request she listen to us and help us took amazing pictures and videos. She shares with us her knowledge of Sapa ‘s different tribes and their beliefs. She even shares her life of living in her own tribe and family. She answers diligently all the questions we asks about Sapa. She loves being a tour guide and she really fits the job. 10/10 👍 Thank you Soso❤️

Great Experience.We enjoy a lot. little bit scary because its our first time to ride alphine coaster but, really enjoy a lot we have lot of fun with the small group of our tour and our tour guide is very kind and helpful for our inquiries with her.
