This was one of the most mindblowing experiences of Sapa with our amazing guide Dzi . She guided was very nicely throught the entire trip . We were taken through scenic rice fields of the valley where Dzi explained us about local village cultures , took to few of the villagers home and showed us the process of making dye from indigo plant , showed various ways in which mariwana plant is used in their culture and various other things . The views are breathtaking to say the least and you must see it to beleive it . After the trek we were taken to a scenic cafe with amazing views where we were offered a drink of our choice and herbal foot spa which was included in the package . Overall it was a very memorable and lifetime experience .
The No-Trek tour to Mong Hoa Village and To Van Village was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Traveling by private car made the journey comfortable and convenient, allowing us to enjoy Sapa’s beautiful scenery without any hassle. Although it drizzled during our visit, the mist only enhanced the lush green landscapes and peaceful atmosphere. Our guide, a native of the village, shared fascinating stories and insights about the local culture and daily life, making the tour feel authentic and engaging. The highlight was ending the trip at Sapana Café, where we enjoyed a warm herbal foot bath while sipping delicious honey ginger tea. The café offers stunning views of the lush valley, surrounded by colorful flowers that create a serene setting. To make the experience even more delightful, three adorable chubby cats wandered around the café, giving it the cozy charm of a cat café. A perfect blend of culture, comfort, nature, and relaxation that I highly recommend.
This is a great option for those looking for a less strenuous trekking experience while still enjoying stunning mountain and valley views. The meeting point was at the Stone Church, from where we travelled by van to the valley. From there, we walked through different villages and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way. The walking route was manageable and not too demanding, making it suitable for those who don’t want to do a long or challenging trek. The tour guide was friendly and provided reasonable information about the villages and surroundings. The package also includes a complimentary drink and a herbal water foot soak, which was a nice way to relax after the walk. However, please note that it is only a foot soak and does not include a foot massage. Overall, I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the beautiful villages and landscapes of Sa Pa without doing a long or strenuous trek.
It was a lucky day to have sun in the middle of the rainy season! The view was lovely and I had a lot of time walking through the Hmong Village. My lovely tour guide, Sue, spoke eloquent English, informational and very hospitable. It ends with a free drink at Sapana Cafe (amazing view) and a foot bath to reward all the walking.
We were guided by an energetic guide from Black Muong tribe call Ya, she explained the culture very well to us. She even brought us to different trekking route with more natural & we truly enjoyed it. I recommended you wear hiking shoe for the trekking as the route in Moung Lien & Ta Van village could be slippery. As for the foot spa & free drink, we went to Sapana with great quality of drinks & fantastic view of paddy field while having our foot spa & drink 🙂🙂
Our tour guide, Sue was very friendly and taking time explaining the spots we went to. She also took us great photos on this trip. The tour was have few walking at the rice fields and see the way of living of Black Muong People. Free drink also included and foot bath was so relaxing while looking at the beautiful view.
If you come to Sapa, doing a tour through the rice terraces is a must. We had the most amazing time with our tour guide Sumi Sung! She was was very friendly and shared lots of stories about the H’mong traditions. The car was nice and cool as well. It’s beautiful to get out of Sapa Town into the country side. The photos I shared speak for themselves!
What a great experience!! - My was a fantastic guide full of knowledge and answered all our questions. Was great to see up close the local people and the village. Scenery was some of the best in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend to all who come to Sapa
We have met a nice tour guide, she is Ms Dua😄 Explain local village lifestyle clearly and can felt the village experience when walking through the village! Besides, we enjoy the tour, nice scene of rice field😃 Very great!
Ya- our guide was amazing. She went through the whole trek making us feel comfortable. I had a minor slip into the wet field and she made the whole memory wholesome by telling me and my wife, that’s a true souvenir to take home haha. she shared so many cultural facts about the different tribes, showed us a glimpse of their livelihood and also was so friendly and kind to answer so many of our questions. The cherry on top was the refreshing foot soak and complementary drink with such a breathtaking view. 10/10 recommend to anyone who would like to take a beautiful nature stroll to see the villages up close and enjoy the scenic of the place.
