our experience here deserves more tjan 5 stars even though we stayed only for 1 night. the attendant helped us with our luggages and there's luggage storage because we arrived 6 am and left 10pm. the rooms are overlooking the cliff and onto the mountains. the air is cool, no need actually for ac. he even gave us 2 bags with 2 bottled water, 2 banana, 2 chocopie as their way of thanking us and to wish us well on our journey back to hanoi. he also gave us candies and hot tea while are charhing our phones and waiting for 2-3 hours before we go to the bus terminal. the massage also is relaxing and affordable

cleanliness: clean rooms and free toiletries

We had a wonderful stay at Tiger Sapa Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.
They were always happy to assist us whenever we needed anything, and we really appreciated how accommodating and kind they were. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful parting gifts they gave us when we checked out. It was such a sweet gesture and a lovely way to end our stay in Sapa.
Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience at Tiger Sapa Hotel. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!

Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Sapa! I stayed with 2 of my friends in their triple room (picture is view from our room). The place is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is <1km walking distance from the Sun Plaza (Fansipan) and heart of the city where a lot of good restaurants and shops are located. Nearby is Smile Restaurant and Time Restaurant which I also recommend. We met the hotel's owner and they are super friendly and generous. They helped us get private car to distant locations (ex. Rong May Glass Bridge, Heaven's Gate, Silver Waterfalls).

Had an amazing stay. Room was clean and had a great view of the beautiful mountains of sapa. Plus points for the exquisitely clean bathroom equipped with a water heater and a hair blower! Location is also great, walking distance to the Sapa Station and is relatively safe for a solo traveler. Staff were also very nice and helpful. I overslept during my check out time but they were kind enough to give me a few minutes to get myself ready for checkout without charging me extra. Smooth check in and checkout. They allowed me to leave my luggage on the lobby after checking out while I go out to grab a quick lunch. They were even kind enough to give me snacks during my checkout which sustained me in my 6hr bus ride back to Hanoi. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

The hotel was located at the center so there are lots of foods and shops around. The guy at the reception was so nice, he assisted us during our whole stay. Brought our luggage to our rooms and even gave out snacks when we checked out. The room is also very great! It was so clean and the view is amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect its a budgeted hotel and you get what you paid for. Room was clean and cr. The view of the room was great since its mountain view. i only dont like that the street was too narrow and when you take a grab they cant really picked you up or drop you off properly esoecially if you have big luggages since it will cause traffic and would drop you far instead. owner was very nice and accomodating and would try to give help on your tour destinations. they even gave water and some cookies when we left. good hospitality
